The drive thru barista Danielle was so awesome the other day. I ordered a cold brew and as I drove away and picked it up the lid popped off and spilled. I went back to the drive thru to ask for napkins to clean it up since I didn’t have any in my car. I also had three small kids with me so couldn’t go into the store to get napkins. She not only provided napkins but made me a new cold brew! Such great customer service and so unexpected.
