“The stuff here is good and the whole time i was there i noticed he is taking care of the customers all alone and was trying his best to make quick. Im giving the 5 star only for him.
The taste was good as it was customised and what i was expecting he made it exactly that way.“

“My wife and I go to Dunk Donuts almost every morning. For less than the price of Starbucks we get a dozen donut holes and two of their blended Carmel latte drinks. 🍩 We love Dunk Donuts! The workers are so kind and thoughtful and the food is always delicious. They have the best donuts and iced coffee I’ve ever had! 😊“

“We read about Joe Doughnut Itasca and thought we would give it a try…pulled up to a Shell gas station?!? Wow we were pleasantly surprised. Can’t begin to say enough good things about this place…not gas station food, custom fresh made to your liking off their full menu. Doughnuts were great, flapjacks were outstanding. Great variety of coffee products - regular, cold brew, lattes etc. The staff were warm and friendly, making you feel at home and explaining the menu to you. Met the co-owner, wonderful lady with passion for this place. Can’t believe it has been open for over 2 years. Great kept little secret. Will be back to try more of the menu!“

“Found this gem near my hotel when I was craving donuts – and wow, what a great spot! They have a huge selection, and I went for the mini donuts. Perfect bite-sized treats and absolutely delicious.

“I wish I took pictures, but we ate everything so quickly… IT’S JUST SO GOOD! We had the Korean hotdogs, mochi donuts and boba coffee and milk tea. Every week they have different mochi donut flavors, try them all! For the Korean hotdogs, you choose your flavor, then if you want mozzarella/sausage, and a dipping sauce. Also, the actual location is cute and inviting with extra seating in the back. Highly recommend!“

I can’t say enough about how wonderful the customer service is at this Dunkin’! I’m not sure if the gentleman who is usually at the drive-thru window is the manager or the owner, but he is absolutely phenomenal. He goes above and beyond every time, and what means the most to me is how kind and patient he is with my dog, who can be reactive and protective. That level of kindness and understanding is rare to find these days, and it truly goes a long way. It’s not just about coffee here—it’s about community, and that’s exactly what he brings. “I always go in the afternoon around 5:30pmish and this is genuinely the best and most consistent Dunkin I’ve been to. A lot of other locations you can only hope it taste remotely close but these baristas always make my drink taste absolutely spot on.“

“I get decaf coffee almost every day and it's wonderful every morning. But at night forget it. Usually I thrown it out because you can't drink it's so bad. Even when I complain and give it back they don't make a new pot of decaf, they give me the same coffee diluted. Didn't they taste the coffee??? It is several hours old and it tastes bad. Good for day workers, Yuck for the evening workers. Tell them if decaf coffee sits for hours, make a new coffee.“

“The soft-spoken woman who makes the cakes at this location is one of the kindest people I've encountered in a food service setting in my whole life. I cannot reconcile the negative reviews posted here with my experiences at all. This month, I spent $100 at this specific location on two separate custom orders (cakes, etc), and they did a *perfect* job. They will continue to get my business.“

“This is my Dunkin for sure. I always get my coffee extra extra and it always is perfect here no matter what size i get. I also LOVE my Charlie Drink and i am so THANKFUL this location also makes it perfect no matter the size.

For some reason other dunkins tend to miss the mark depending on the size and are not consistent with the flavor of the drink.

Staff is always friendly, this the cherry on top to get my morning started.

“This is the ABSOLUTE BEST Dunkin I've ever been to. The staff is incredibly friendly, the coffee somehow tastes better than other Dunkin locations, and they always have a great selection of bakery. I work down the street and stop in every morning before going into the office, the whole staff knows my coffee so much so that they had it ready for me before I even walked in the door this morning! AMAZING!!“

“this Dunkin has such poor customer service. I watch the manager tell this kid that they couldn't make him something because the ovens were down for cleaning. As I sat there for at least 30 min, not one person went to the ovens to start cleaning them. this is not the only time I noticed stuff like this.“

“If I had a negative marking they deserve that. The employees do not know how to avail a deal from DD app. I was not able to use my promo deal and the employee had no idea about it. The company should train their workers to use the app before asking customers to download it. Failure of the training.“
