“Dunk donuts oughta be in the world book of Guinness records. Best donuts on the planet. Was going there, 40 to 45 years ago? Still, the best. I live now, in the Western suburbs, about 30 miles away from donuts, and there are no donut places out here that even want to compare with don't donuts. They have the best apple fritter cannot compare to anyone else. The best not enough stars to rate this place!!!!!“

“We read about Joe Doughnut Itasca and thought we would give it a try…pulled up to a Shell gas station?!? Wow we were pleasantly surprised. Can’t begin to say enough good things about this place…not gas station food, custom fresh made to your liking off their full menu. Doughnuts were great, flapjacks were outstanding. Great variety of coffee products - regular, cold brew, lattes etc. The staff were warm and friendly, making you feel at home and explaining the menu to you. Met the co-owner, wonderful lady with passion for this place. Can’t believe it has been open for over 2 years. Great kept little secret. Will be back to try more of the menu!“

“Stans is a great place to stop in once you’ve landed in Chicago. This location is conveniently located near ORD and offers a variety of beverages, sandwiches and of course delicious donuts.
I opted to try their special banana matcha and it was delicious! Great quality matcha and addition of banana flavor.
As I arrived a little later in the afternoon the donut stock was limited but I tried one of their croissant donuts and it was delicious- not fresh but still good.
I loved the shop interior, it was super welcoming and clean.“

“I wish I took pictures, but we ate everything so quickly… IT’S JUST SO GOOD! We had the Korean hotdogs, mochi donuts and boba coffee and milk tea. Every week they have different mochi donut flavors, try them all! For the Korean hotdogs, you choose your flavor, then if you want mozzarella/sausage, and a dipping sauce. Also, the actual location is cute and inviting with extra seating in the back. Highly recommend!“

“Came for breakfast. Greeted and sat at the table immediately upon arrival. There are sooo many options on the menu. Great selections. They also gave the small donuts which were so good! I had an omelette and fruit which was good. Food came out quickly. Nice size omelette. I recommend and would return.“

“Sept 26th 2025 I visited. Fresh yum mochi donuts made. Saw staff prepared put fresh mochi donuts in cute colorful box. It also came with cute colorful bag too. Been awhile for me since I had mochi desserts.

“I get decaf coffee almost every day and it's wonderful every morning. But at night forget it. Usually I thrown it out because you can't drink it's so bad. Even when I complain and give it back they don't make a new pot of decaf, they give me the same coffee diluted. Didn't they taste the coffee??? It is several hours old and it tastes bad. Good for day workers, Yuck for the evening workers. Tell them if decaf coffee sits for hours, make a new coffee.“

I can’t say enough about how wonderful the customer service is at this Dunkin’! I’m not sure if the gentleman who is usually at the drive-thru window is the manager or the owner, but he is absolutely phenomenal. He goes above and beyond every time, and what means the most to me is how kind and patient he is with my dog, who can be reactive and protective. That level of kindness and understanding is rare to find these days, and it truly goes a long way. It’s not just about coffee here—it’s about community, and that’s exactly what he brings. Parking: There are lots of spaces as well as handicapped.

Kid-friendliness: The walk decorations keep them children entertained.

Wheelchair accessibility: The parking spaces for disabled are next to the door and plenty of room to in in & out.“

“Been coming here for years, but on Friday late afternoon shift seem bothered & when they don’t get the order right, instead of fixing the situation excuses & blame to the customer! The girl with the brown curly hair, back talk & had an attitude with me! She didn’t even make the order but wanted to put her 2 lousey cents on how it was my fault! Of course they didn’t fix my order or offer refund. Management needs to retrain the late noon shift, they seem lazy & high. Sad that it’s a constant problem. I prefer going in the mornings! “This is my Dunkin for sure. I always get my coffee extra extra and it always is perfect here no matter what size i get. I also LOVE my Charlie Drink and i am so THANKFUL this location also makes it perfect no matter the size.

For some reason other dunkins tend to miss the mark depending on the size and are not consistent with the flavor of the drink.

Staff is always friendly, this the cherry on top to get my morning started.

“#1) I ordered an Iced Latte with less ice (in store) I politely confirmed this with the cashier and she confirmed it with the coffee maker verbally. It was completely filled with ice so I commented on it, she told me it was less ice but I refused it. So she dumped it into a new cup and topped it off for me. I needed a few napkins to clean it off myself.#2) The cashier was transferring doughnuts as I walked up, she removed one glove and then took my order and counted my cash and coins back with both hands (one glove/one bare) and then proceeded to transfer the doughnuts with the "money" glove.#3) The coffee was up to par with it's taste.My relationship with Dunkin is thick as I get my wife an Iced Latte EVERYDAY (sometimes myself too) We have been travelling for the last two years so I've been to many Dunkins between here and Florida. The less ice wasn't even attempted and the worker telling me I'm wrong was just an attempt to not correct it. The handling of food and cash/coins with the same glove is just nasty and not standard practice within the food industry. This Review is based on my ONE visit as we just arrived in the area. There are other Dunkin Doughnuts in the area I'll try next time.“

“Overall a good Dunkin! The drink orders are always right and made correctly. My problem is with their sandwiches/ food. They’re usually burnt, stale, and harder than a rock.

Friendly staff, convenient location, things are good other than the food. Clean bathrooms too (rare for a Dunkin).“

“I still remember my THAT first very early morning cup of coffee in 1987.
I was introduced to the place at Belmont and Clark in Chicago when they used to serve my favorite ONION donuts, and I was addicted to having it with plain cream cheese.
In time, I tried to upgrade to various high-end coffees, but unfortunately, those were not 'my cup of tea.'
Although they do not serve ONION doughnuts, I am still hooked on their taste of coffee. However, now I have changed my doughnut to be plain with vegetable cream cheese. Another great combo. Try it when you visit next time.“
