Took a pick when it was mostly gone....we were hungry so ate in anyways. We were very disappointed. A bad night maybe ? They weren't busy at all, no one inside. While the pizza prices may seem a tad higher than the competition, it’s well worth as the put more cheese and toppings than most of their competition, so you need feeer pieces. “By far one of the best pizza places in the area. Super delicious toppings, the sauce is flavorful and the dough is that perfect soft bite. This location was interesting because it was inside of a bar, and not just a restaurant like the other local locations. Kinda threw us at first because all the Billy Brick’s locations we’d been to before this St Charles one were just restaurants with the menu on the wall. This location serves you menus at a table and you have a waiter. With more stuff to choose from on the menu than just pizza and salad too! We actually loved that we had more options and could have a drink too! This might have to be my new girls night out bar…“

“I wish they had dine in but this is my go to for pizza since we found it. I love the ground beef topping on my pizza and this place does it very well. Great ratio of sauce to cheese. Not too much cheese. The crust is very good. We love it here.“

First, the ingredients are all really good—sauce, sausage, crust, cheese. But the proportions are off. More sauce, less cheese would make this 5 stars for me (there’s a LOT of cheese).

Operationally, the woman at the front counter was very friendly. The pizza was 10 minutes later than promised (ordered as pickup through UberEats app i.e., not a delivery driver issue). And the pizza slices were not cut all the way through the crust which made for a mess.

The free tiramisu they gave was a nice touch—it was pretty good.

Overall, I’ll be back.“

Consistent..... food is always good. Don't expect delivery drivers to remember everything so double check before they leave. Also if you're looking for a super friendly people you'll want to go to Chik-Fil-A....... like I said, this place is consistent and has good food but that's about the beginning and the end of the experience.“
