Tanya who was our waitress and coordinator for the setup in the back room was absolutely amazing. She was super friendly and helpful with everything. Some slices actually had no sausage. Plus it was dry. Lifted up the cheese and there was barely any sauce. And, end pieces had no cheese. Took a pick when it was mostly gone....we were hungry so ate in anyways. We were very disappointed. A bad night maybe ? They weren't busy at all, no one inside. Really wanted to love this place, but....“

“We just had a large 100 person event and used Geno Nottolini’s for the first time after seeing an advertisement for catering. I was worried because using a new company and me being responsible. They were out by 10 closing time and we had deicious pizza that made a little blister in the roof of our mouth because well you know hot cheese! ? and bonded over listening to Chappell Roan while we waited. And he even brought it to the car even though I was waiting to the moment, I saw the box so I didn’t have to inconvenience them anymore so nice and . “By far one of the best pizza places in the area. Super delicious toppings, the sauce is flavorful and the dough is that perfect soft bite. This location was interesting because it was inside of a bar, and not just a restaurant like the other local locations. Kinda threw us at first because all the Billy Brick’s locations we’d been to before this St Charles one were just restaurants with the menu on the wall. This location serves you menus at a table and you have a waiter. With more stuff to choose from on the menu than just pizza and salad too! We actually loved that we had more options and could have a drink too! This might have to be my new girls night out bar…“

Staff is also awesome, they didn't have slices when I came in, asked which one I wanted, told me to come back in 20, and it was ready! Can't beat that service.“

“Very good experience. Haven't been to Mod in a bunch of months. Stopped at the store in Geneva,Illinois because my daughter in Wisconsin said they now have a stuffed crust. They don't in Illinois. So I still ordered a Mad Dog and it was better than other joints because here the crust was actually crispy which I like. I will have to make this a monthly thing. The staff was very friendly and inquisitive about the Wisconsin stuffed crust. Hopefully they get it soon. Great place for a quick lunch pizza.“

“They are consistent with quality. Literally should be a trainer store for the Little Caesars brand. I have had terrible pizza out of ones on Bolingbrook and when I say terrible, TERRIBLE. The presentation, taste, and over all quality is a 10/10. Keep it up! It is appreciated!“
