“I came here several months ago but passed it recently in my travels and distinctly remembered the wonderful service provided. I came to this McDonald’s late at night on a drive to Iowa and I think it may have been the manager who was alone working? He cooked up the freshest quarter pounder I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. We had a nice chat, he talked through how many minutes or seconds each part of the cooking process is supposed to take, and shared the insight that oftentimes one might get fresher food at McDonald’s at night time because they don’t leave food sitting and cook things to order.
