Small dining area, while service was fast not very friendly or helpful. It was the first time my bf had ever been to a JJ and while he was deciding on what he wanted the lady taking his order was constantly asking what he wanted. There was no one in line, couple of people already eating but nobody behind us. Once the oder was placed and ready we sat and waited and nobody called our order number. Absolutely great sandwiches. I am not bilingual with English as my only language. I find ordering challenging because the people taking my orders struggle with understanding my special (but simple) requests. I have received inaccurate orders to due communications problems but the sandwiches are so good, I just go with it.
