The best take-out by far. Waukegan staple.
Pepper steak and wonton soup are real good.
I really like this place, it's small family run, cash only old school Cantonese Chinese food joint. Problem is it's not always consistent. When the egg rolls are on. They're absolute fire, and when they're off, they really disappoint. unfortunately for me, the last two visits were negative.
