Cindy's is the halfway point, where we "exchange custody" of his mom for a few weeks. The service is great, food is great as well. Meeting at Cindy's every summer has become tradition!”

Literally just kept her cool and was super great with the kids which is literally a god send most servers get stressed with little kids n she was a champ. “We drove to Mendota to visit a museum that had a section dedicated to Wild Bill Hickock. After that we began to look for a local food place to have lunch. We stopped to ask someone who was on their porch, and they said we should try Parkway. My grandson and I loved the place. Such friendly people working there. I asked our waitress if they were all family, because they all looked they could be, haha. She said they were a family. Grandson ordered a big hamburger meal and I chose the pork tenderloin. He was happy with his meal, and I must say the tenderloin was not only big, it was so very delicious. One of the best I have ever eaten. Not sure when we will get back to Mendota, but when we do I know where we will have a meal. God bless this family.”

I was in town on business and looking for a healthy option when I stumbled upon Purpose Nutrition—and what a gem this place is! I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, who happened to be working at the time. Not only was she incredibly friendly and welcoming, but also insightful about both the local area and the next place I was headed.

As we chatted, I noticed a steady stream of repeat customers coming in for their daily drinks and uplifting conversations. It was clear this place is more than just a business—it’s a community hub. I love seeing locals support something with so much positive energy and purpose behind it. Highly recommend stopping in if you’re ever in the area!”

“The last few times I've been here I've gotten great service. Once was a young girl still being trained but she did awesome. Wish I caught her name, very friendly and helpful. Today it was (apologies if spelled wrong) Tristan I believe. He did fantastic! Please give the guy who worked 4.6 at around 3:30 pm CST a raise! He was working very hard and was literally the best customer service ever.

I work as a supervisor for a customer service call center and I would've stolen him from you all in a heartbeat if we had an opening. IDC if he doesn't want a promotion to go with it, PAY HIM MORE. He handled the hectic situation of my order like a champ and did it with a smile.”

What meant even more to me are the people who work there . Kind doesn't even come close to how I feel.
I was stranded with a flat tire and damaged rim . I didn't have my cell phone with and was desperate. I went in just to see if I could use a phone. Everyone there were so kind and helpful to me. I couldn't have been more frazzled. They couldn't have been nicer.
Not only did they take the time to let me use their phones and helped me with seeing who I could call, one very sweet girl actually drove me home !!
The people here go far above and beyond for people.
I'll never be able to thank them enough!

“How's I've always had a great experience with this McDonald's and I also go with my aunt and get a caramel frappe or chocolate drizzle on the inside it's really good and I normally get their burgers and whatnot in the fries”

“The service and staff were welcoming and my food was fresh and made quickly. The counter where the condiments and drinks were was all stained up and looked disgusting, although you could tell it was clean. Just looked old and like it was ready for a refresh.”
