“This is a nice little boba shop. They have a solid selection of drinks and toppings. There are a few pastries available, too.
I wish there was a nicer area inside to sit around and read, play board games, or hang out. Also, the drinks tend to be too sweet even at the lowest sugar preference. If they worked on these it would be an easy 5 stars.“

“The best boba place in the area! Brightly lit, exceptionally friendly staff, and some of the best tapioca pearls around. The decor is akin to a modern Japanese boba house. They even have a gotchapon and a cotton candy vending machine. This is a must for all boba lovers!“

“We've become regulars here since we learned about it last year. All of the flavors we've tried are so vibrant and distinctive -- none of the the generic-sweet-stuff-in-a-cup you'll find at some other places. The staff has always been friendly, which makes it even easier to come back. Perfect refreshment stop after getting groceries at Naperville Fresh Market nearby.“

“Went in with my friend. There’s lots of micro trend goodies you can buy if you’re into mystery eggs and labubus. You use a kiosk to order, maybe this is my fault but I asked for my drink to be no ice but it felt pretty hot? I assumed no ice would be room temperature not hot but worker re made it for me pretty fast. I tried using my visa to swipe but it didn’t work, apple pay and chip works though. Place is clean and there’s seasonal teddy bear cups you can get. Kiosk will ask you to tip even though staff doesn’t really talk to you. I got the Taro milk tea and it wasn’t my personal favorite but I probably just don’t like Taro. Friend got a Mango passion fruit jasmine green tea with 50% sugar and Mango Jelly. I personally liked hers a lot better and will probably order that when I go to Uni Uni in Chicago this weekend.
Friend doesn’t like a lot of sugar, so she still thought that the 50% was too much sugar. To me, as someone who likes sugar, it was really sweet even for 50% but it was the perfect sugar level for me.
Overall pretty good, would probably come back but would order something different.“

“Amazing gem in Bloomingdale. The menu has many choices including gluten free, vegetarian, vegan, lactose free, and for us carnivores. Drink menu has sake, handcrafted beer, wines, cocktails, bottled beer, teasing, bubble teas and more. We started with egg rolls and pancake scallion bites. They provide four sauces! My favorite is the chili oil, but there is also ginger, Wasabi and sweet sauce. All made in house. Entrees were sesame peanut noodles and Mongolian beef. So good. We will be back.“

“Okay! I just had the BEST dessert EVER! Dubai chocolate waffle stick and Strawberry Sensation Cheesecake Avalanche! Sad to say I didn’t realize that Everest has been here for four years…but I’ll definitely be back to make up lost time! And the waffle stick was too enticing to take a photo of before we gobbled it up…so you will just have to come try one for yourself! Service super friendly and coffee delicious too!!“

“Experienced MaTea House for the first time today and I loved it �! Amy was so friendly, she answered my questions and was patient as I looked through their extensive menu. They have non dairy creamers and soy milk, which was music to my dairy free ears lol! I ordered the coffee milk tea with tapioca and strawberry bobas, it was delicious! “Spades Tealife is absolutely amazing! The drinks are so delicious — perfectly balanced, refreshing, and full of flavor. We got matcha latte, coffee milk tea and honey grapefruit. You can tell they use quality ingredients in every cup. The staff is also incredible — super friendly, attentive, and always make you feel welcome. Definitely one of my favorite spots for tea and good vibes! 💚🍹

“The steamed BBQ pork buns are a must! Beyond delicious. I also am a huge fan of the gluten-free thin rice noddles that I substitute in my main dish typically! The spicy ramen broth is delicious (my husbands go-to). If you are in a rush, this might not be the place for you. A true mom and pap shop, perfecting every dish before serving. For my husband and I, it’s well worth the wait for the authentic divine flavors. Great portion sizes as well!“

“Babam is fantastic! I work about five minutes from the establishment and had no idea it existed until a coworker and I stopped by for sweet treat after work. I got the Ube Oreo Boba and she got one of the milk tea flavors and it was delicious. The owner is very kind and the prices are reasonable. My coworker and I loved that we got the chance to sit and color, play some board games and just chat after a long and stressful day of teaching.“

Also tried the cumin lamb--very cumin-y, so only get it if you like that flavor. I was a fan.

“Lao Sichuan has the most authentic and consistently amazing Chinese food to be found anywhere in the U.S. Having spent some time living in China while I was in undergrad, there are certain flavors that I crave, which your run of the mill American style Chinese restaurant will not have. My wife and I live in St Charles and make the 1 hour 20 minute round trip at least once a week to get our fix. The food is that good. The owner is seemingly always there, and obviously genuinely cares about ensuring quality in what is served every time. Our favorites are Chengdu Style King Pao Chicken, Ma Po Tofu, Beef in Pure Cumin Powder, Toothpicks Lamb, and the Xiao Long Bao. I cannot for the life of me fathom how this restaurant does not have a higher rating. It is the best. Try it. You won't regret it.“

“i came in here with my boyfriend last week - i’d only had boba once or twice before and never really got the hype but this time - omg! i ordered a strawberry milk tea with kiwi boba, but they happened to be out of kiwi boba. the person behind the counter said they could make it the opposite way so that’s what they did - kiwi milk tea with strawberry popping boba. that was one of the most amazing drinks i’ve ever had. so refreshing and yummy and full of flavor! my boyfriend kept stealing sips even though he got his own 😂 i came back the next day and got it again! thank you guys, you’ve earned yourself a new regular!!💜“

“I wish I took pictures, but we ate everything so quickly… IT’S JUST SO GOOD! We had the Korean hotdogs, mochi donuts and boba coffee and milk tea. Every week they have different mochi donut flavors, try them all! For the Korean hotdogs, you choose your flavor, then if you want mozzarella/sausage, and a dipping sauce. Also, the actual location is cute and inviting with extra seating in the back. Highly recommend!“

“Wow. I have been searching for a good chicken sandwich spot for years since I moved back to Chicagoland. Do-rite is nothing in comparison to this spot. Ask for honey on the side to put on the spice chicken sandwich with coleslaw. The fries are perfection. Hareem was sweet and even turned up the music a little to make the atmosphere more enjoyable. 10/10 will be back at least once a week for the rest of my life.“

“First time here. Droved over 1hr just to try. Love this place. Mickie is great and very caring of your personal and eating needs. Wonderful modern decor. Very friendly staff. Very reasonably priced. Of course the food is delicious! Had several dishes shared. Malaysian steak fried rice, mandarin pork chop was my favorite. Worth the drive. Will come again.“

Was also happy to see a South Elgin location since Schaumburg's just a little too far for me! The entrance to their parking lot though is awkward, it's right behind a BWW--I missed it the first time and almost had to loop around through the main road. Despite that, I will absolutely be coming back.🧋“
