“I’ve been here a few times now, and it’s quickly become one of my favorite boba spots. They have various of milk tea, fruit tea, and smoothie options. My go-to drinks are the Taro Milk Tea and Ube Milk Tea with lychee jelly.

Their smoothies are amazing too! The Mango and Strawberry Smoothies are both super refreshing.

I also love that they offer poke bowls, mochi waffles, puddings, and snowflake crisp desserts.

“Came here for the 1st time tonight after driving past it a hundred times. Loved it! It is so close by. They have a new lineup of fruit milk teas so I tried the mango. It was delicious! It tastes like real mango and real tea with the milk and yummy tapioca....it wasn't a flavor syrup which is what I was expecting. The flavors all came together wonderfully. This place has a fun vibe....even has games you can play while sipping your reasonably priced tea. I'll be back ....sounds like there is always something new here on the drink lineup. Next time I will order a large instead of a medium...this tea is so good....I regret ordering my conservative medium cup.“

“Went in with my friend. There’s lots of micro trend goodies you can buy if you’re into mystery eggs and labubus. You use a kiosk to order, maybe this is my fault but I asked for my drink to be no ice but it felt pretty hot? I assumed no ice would be room temperature not hot but worker re made it for me pretty fast. I tried using my visa to swipe but it didn’t work, apple pay and chip works though. Place is clean and there’s seasonal teddy bear cups you can get. Kiosk will ask you to tip even though staff doesn’t really talk to you. I got the Taro milk tea and it wasn’t my personal favorite but I probably just don’t like Taro. Friend got a Mango passion fruit jasmine green tea with 50% sugar and Mango Jelly. I personally liked hers a lot better and will probably order that when I go to Uni Uni in Chicago this weekend.

Friend doesn’t like a lot of sugar, so she still thought that the 50% was too much sugar. To me, as someone who likes sugar, it was really sweet even for 50% but it was the perfect sugar level for me.

“The drinks are so refreshing, I always get the passion fruit tea on a hot day. The matcha macchiato is also really refreshing with the whipped cream. They even took the time to make it pretty because they overheard me saying that I’d be taking pictures. This girl at the cashier also had great service. “Lao Sichuan has the most authentic and consistently amazing Chinese food to be found anywhere in the U.S. Having spent some time living in China while I was in undergrad, there are certain flavors that I crave, which your run of the mill American style Chinese restaurant will not have. My wife and I live in St Charles and make the 1 hour 20 minute round trip at least once a week to get our fix. The food is that good. The owner is seemingly always there, and obviously genuinely cares about ensuring quality in what is served every time. Our favorites are Chengdu Style King Pao Chicken, Ma Po Tofu, Beef in Pure Cumin Powder, Toothpicks Lamb, and the Xiao Long Bao. I cannot for the life of me fathom how this restaurant does not have a higher rating. It is the best. Try it. You won't regret it.“

And Mongolian beef with white rice. The dining room was practically empty, but they were doing a TON of carry out and delivery. I see why. We will be back!!
