“What an awesome fun place. For $5 I had a salmon taco. Way tinier than I expected but I guess sushi grade salmon is pretty expensive. The presentation was wonderful as it was ordered to go. “First time coming to this location. We were greeted pleasantly and there weren’t any other customers around until later. I ordered a pistachio milk tea with milk cap but I guess the employee gave me an almond milk tea with milk cap instead. I’ve been to other locations, so this was the first time that my order was wrong. I didn’t get it changed since the almond milk was good at 50% sugar with less ice. I’ll still take a star away because pistachio and almonds are two different nuts, not the same.“

“Went in with my friend. There’s lots of micro trend goodies you can buy if you’re into mystery eggs and labubus. You use a kiosk to order, maybe this is my fault but I asked for my drink to be no ice but it felt pretty hot? I assumed no ice would be room temperature not hot but worker re made it for me pretty fast. I tried using my visa to swipe but it didn’t work, apple pay and chip works though. Place is clean and there’s seasonal teddy bear cups you can get. Kiosk will ask you to tip even though staff doesn’t really talk to you. I got the Taro milk tea and it wasn’t my personal favorite but I probably just don’t like Taro. Friend got a Mango passion fruit jasmine green tea with 50% sugar and Mango Jelly. I personally liked hers a lot better and will probably order that when I go to Uni Uni in Chicago this weekend.

Friend doesn’t like a lot of sugar, so she still thought that the 50% was too much sugar. To me, as someone who likes sugar, it was really sweet even for 50% but it was the perfect sugar level for me.

You can tell they use quality ingredients in every cup. The staff is also incredible — super friendly, attentive, and always make you feel welcome. “Nice boba restaurant in hinsdale. But they don't even have a sign on the door or top of their store. There is only a small sign along with other store signs at the plaza entrance. The place was completely empty, don't know how long they have been around but hard for people to know if there is not sign. Interiors were well done. Loved the small swing in the corner.“

“We have eaten Mo’Tea once a week since they opened a couple years ago. It’s really the best! We love the tofu Banh Mi, fries, waffles and the fruit tea. This is a great spot for vegans and vegetarians. Highly suggest!“

“A gem for your typical rolled ice cream and various drinks. However, the real treasure is the Taiwanese cuisine. If you have a chance, try the pork spareribs, the popcorn chicken as appetizers. For the main entree, the beef noodles is a must. If you're there on the weekends and you're looking for a homey dish, although a little gamey, the lamb rice is almost made to perfection. It's not on the menu so you have to ask!“

Every week they have different mochi donut flavors, try them all! For the Korean hotdogs, you choose your flavor, then if you want mozzarella/sausage, and a dipping sauce. Also, the actual location is cute and inviting with extra seating in the back. Highly recommend!“

“Lao Sichuan has the most authentic and consistently amazing Chinese food to be found anywhere in the U.S. Having spent some time living in China while I was in undergrad, there are certain flavors that I crave, which your run of the mill American style Chinese restaurant will not have. My wife and I live in St Charles and make the 1 hour 20 minute round trip at least once a week to get our fix. The food is that good. The owner is seemingly always there, and obviously genuinely cares about ensuring quality in what is served every time. Our favorites are Chengdu Style King Pao Chicken, Ma Po Tofu, Beef in Pure Cumin Powder, Toothpicks Lamb, and the Xiao Long Bao. I cannot for the life of me fathom how this restaurant does not have a higher rating. It is the best. Try it. You won't regret it.“

“My husband and I came in bc we were confused and intrigued by the name. We were looking for chai or dessert. The woman at the counter was so nice, helpful and knowledgable. She helped us order some boba tea and both were SO good. I like taro but got it with coconut per her recommendation—very good. My husband got the sugar Thai tea—can’t believe how good that was! This place is really cute and they did a nice job with the remodel. I would definitely go back again when we are in Naperville.“
