“I’ve done many deliveries for DoorDash at this location. The food is always hot, and the workers here are incredibly kind. Tonight, I arrived to pickup an order only to find out that it was “picked up already by a previous dasher.” When this occurs, it typically means that the order was either lost or stolen.

In this scenario, I will immediately contact DoorDash support and inform them, to see if the order has been already delivered. In this case; it was not, so the support requested to speak with the merchant and ensure the order is remade and they are paid properly for the ticket again. This being said, the two workers at this Popeyes tonight; Marianna, and Miguel both exemplified what it means to be good leaders. They were kind, and efficient, had great manners, and were able to remake the order very quickly, so that the customer would still get it delivered on time.

Thank you Marianna and Miguel. You both deserve a mention for your outstanding ethic and compassion tonight. The world needs more good leaders in it.“

“I have to be honest here , the drive thru persons and also inside are always so nice , the food is always perfect temperature, made very nice and neat, order is always correct .. “Me and my sisters were in town and decided to get davey’s and lemme tell you it did not disappoint. I got the 2 mild tender combo and the guy at the register was super cool and even slid me an extra tendey. The fries were good and toast toasty. My sisters didn’t think it was all that but i did. Would recommend to anyone passing by. 👍 (edit: raising canes is still better but not by much)“

“Overall, the food was great! We ordered variety of food and for the price, i think it was worth it. Their boba is good. I especially love their Thai boba. “Their grilled chicken tenders are the best! Be patient - they take a while if you go through the drive-thru! But it is well worth the wait! They are always fresh and seasoned perfectly. The young men who work in the drive-thru are always so kind and polite.
I have never dined in, so I can't comment on that. And I always just get the tenders so I can't comment on any other food items.“

“A good place to eat. Fast friendly service. Good quality food. My only complaint is the waffle fries are always served kind of cool as they naturally cool off quick because of their design, and there never seems to be any salt on them. The Chicken tenders are warm and tender. The Chicken Soup is my favorite thing here.“

“On a hot and busy Saturday afternoon we were welcomed by the friendliest and kindest young man behind the register. He was patient and very helpful while we were ordering since it was our first visit to any Chik Fil A restaurant. The server was just as friendly. The restaurant was comfortable despite the heat and humidity outside.“

“Extremely happy with the service provided at this location! The lady working the front Ella was amazing at her job!! She helped me pick out the best option (it was delicious btw) and was extremely kind!

The food was great as well, we got it to go and it was still hot and delicious by the time I got it home (even the fries). This was by far the cleanest browns chicken I’ve ever stepped into and there was even a sit-down area that looked adorable!!

Not too many Brown's Chicken around any more and so very HAPPY this one exists. Great staff, efficient and "IT TASTES BETTER ??" just as I remember from the late 70's & 80's.“

“BB.Q has some of the crispiest, crunchiest, juiciest chicken I've had. Top notch. Dine in when you can for a fresher experience, but carry out isn't a bad option either. Incredible that they can slather these things in sauce and they are still crispy and delicious.“

“Tried wick’s chicken for first time today. The chicken is fried to perfection with a light breading that stayed crispy even with the commute back to work. The wick’s ghost sauce has a good heat and flavor. Will be back.“

“The staff here is amazing! I came here for my lunch break and accidently ordered the wrong meal. I was looking at the price and said #8 please, all I waned was that picture of the chicken sandwich in my mouth. I was confused why they asked me for white or dark meat on my sandwich but still went with it lol. Its just been a long week and I forgot my head. When I pulled away and saw what I actually ordered, I was horrified because its something id never eat. I have a bad experience eating chicken with bones in. I went back through the drive thru and spoke to the kind gentleman at the window with glasses and a hat. I explained that I totally messed up when ordering. He was so sweet, understanding and said some very kinds words. He made me the correct sandwich and oh boy, was it the best chicken sandwich ever!!! They couldn't take the other chicken back so I donated it to someone else who was hungry. Thank you Carol Stream KFC team!“

“Everything on their menu is good. I like their spicy chicken sandwich and order it occasionally but their southwest salad is my personal favorite. Food is good and their employment are friendly. Occasionally have gotten the wrong sauce or none during rush but it’s not big of a deal since it’s rarer for that to happen now.“

“Upon reflection, although I had a terribly frustrating drive through exprience here - on top of a horrific day - the manager went out of his way to make things as good as he could. Top notch deesclation skills for sure. I was part of the problem in this situation myself. Professionalism and "try to make right attitude," is rare. This review and the reason I would come back and spend money here again, is because of that manager. appreciate it.“

“Good food as usual. They have these ordering kiosks for self ordering. Not a fan. If I wanted a job at KFC I would apply. To management... You want to keep more 30+ customers, always have a person willing to help to take orders. I did have help but not after I attempted and failed as a faux employee.“
