“I’ve done many deliveries for DoorDash at this location. The food is always hot, and the workers here are incredibly kind. Tonight, I arrived to pickup an order only to find out that it was “picked up already by a previous dasher.” When this occurs, it typically means that the order was either lost or stolen.

In this scenario, I will immediately contact DoorDash support and inform them, to see if the order has been already delivered. In this case; it was not, so the support requested to speak with the merchant and ensure the order is remade and they are paid properly for the ticket again. This being said, the two workers at this Popeyes tonight; Marianna, and Miguel both exemplified what it means to be good leaders. They were kind, and efficient, had great manners, and were able to remake the order very quickly, so that the customer would still get it delivered on time.

Thank you Marianna and Miguel. You both deserve a mention for your outstanding ethic and compassion tonight. The world needs more good leaders in it.“

“I have to be honest here , the drive thru persons and also inside are always so nice , the food is always perfect temperature, made very nice and neat, order is always correct .. “Great chicken and service.
When I learned about this place coming I was a bit surprised as there are 2 other chicken themed restaurants within a half mile and another 2 that sell chicken as part of their menu.
Boy was I wrong. This is by far the best of the bunch. The chicken is so moist and juicy and is paired with a kale based coleslaw that is amazing. Don't be put off by Hot in the name you can order with no spice with several levels up to the super hot reaper. They even put the spice selected on the fry's. All this and prices are great with good size portions to boot. Service is always good with happy helpful people. Maria has helped us several times and deserves a shout out. Overall an exceptional experience.“

“The food was actually incredible. That to me is always the most important and I got the chicken legs and thigh with a dry rub, the outside of the chicken was crispy and the inside was juicy.

One important note is for the best experience it's worth eating at the restaurant fresh. When the food comes out hot it's at its best.“

“Their grilled chicken tenders are the best! Be patient - they take a while if you go through the drive-thru! But it is well worth the wait! They are always fresh and seasoned perfectly. The young men who work in the drive-thru are always so kind and polite.
I have never dined in, so I can't comment on that. And I always just get the tenders so I can't comment on any other food items.“

“On a hot and busy Saturday afternoon we were welcomed by the friendliest and kindest young man behind the register. He was patient and very helpful while we were ordering since it was our first visit to any Chik Fil A restaurant. The server was just as friendly. The restaurant was comfortable despite the heat and humidity outside.“

“This little Browns Chicken has the Best people running it. Great customer service is what makes it Special. We drive across town just because of the way we are treated thru the drive through. The Chicken is crispy and fresh and golden brown. There ranch taste homemade. The lady at the window or man are always so nice it's our go to Chicken hut.“

“This was my first time going to Chicken Salad Chic after hearing so many talk about how good the food was.Staff was so kind and allowed me to sample items until I figured out what I would order. Food was extremely good. It did take a little longer to get my order as I watched others who came in after me leave before me.There was an oops made, but the staff was so kind about the matter is why I would return. Food made me feel like I had a great made a healthy choice.“

“We ordered multiple family dinners online for a birthday party. When we altered one of our orders all the sides must have defaulted back to french fries, unbeknownst to us. Upon picking up our order we realized in the car that we were missing rice and beans, mac n cheese and mashed potatoes. Realizing what must have happened I went back in with the fries and explained our mistake. Sergio and JP (I think that was his name) were AWESOME! They swapped it out, got us the sides we intended and said to go ahead and take the fries anyway. Customer mistake, and still they went the extra mile to make sure we had a great experience. “The staff here is amazing! I came here for my lunch break and accidently ordered the wrong meal. I was looking at the price and said #8 please, all I waned was that picture of the chicken sandwich in my mouth. I was confused why they asked me for white or dark meat on my sandwich but still went with it lol. Its just been a long week and I forgot my head. When I pulled away and saw what I actually ordered, I was horrified because its something id never eat. I have a bad experience eating chicken with bones in. I went back through the drive thru and spoke to the kind gentleman at the window with glasses and a hat. I explained that I totally messed up when ordering. He was so sweet, understanding and said some very kinds words. He made me the correct sandwich and oh boy, was it the best chicken sandwich ever!!! They couldn't take the other chicken back so I donated it to someone else who was hungry. Thank you Carol Stream KFC team!“

“Everything on their menu is good. I like their spicy chicken sandwich and order it occasionally but their southwest salad is my personal favorite. Food is good and their employment are friendly. Occasionally have gotten the wrong sauce or none during rush but it’s not big of a deal since it’s rarer for that to happen now.“
