“I've been following this food truck ever since I came back from Hawaii and love their food. I always get their Khalua pork, they service it with rice and mac salad as well as their masubi. Lately, I've been craving a malada since I never got one in Hawaii and now Flyin Hawaiin makes them too!! Malasada had a crisp to their "skin", I got the original and the cinnamon. I highly recommend this place.“

We had the Al Pastor tacos and they had plenty of cilantro and onion without going overboard a nice lime and meat that had a little bit of spice and a lot of flavor. We especially liked the guacamole and it had quite a bit of tomatoes and onions, in addition to the avocado.

Besides that the food truck had some great music playing and a nice canopy for getting out of the sun.

Wheelchair accessibility: Very accessible to get to the van. I’m sure given the friendliness of the workers that they would come out of the van to take money, etc.“

“Spending a hockey weekend in Naperville we were looking for a quality pie and the reviews and pictures led us to Calogero's. Starting with the traditional sour dough crust and the highest quality Italian tomatoes, the quality of the ingredients is clear, as the flavors pop with each bite. Ended up going back for dinner the same day. Tried 4 different pies, each one was unique and completely spectacular. Finished each meal with freshly pipped Cannoli. Next time back in Naperville we will most certainly be back...Salvatore has it going on, simply put Calogero's is as good as it gets.“

“Soooo good! We ordered pulled pork, Mac & cheese and coleslaw for a big family dinner and it was delicious! Dave was also friendly, professional & great to work with. I highly recommend Dave’s Slow Food! The only issue was that we almost ran out of Mac & cheese. We ordered enough for 20 adults, but there were only 11 adults & 4 kids. Maybe we just ate too much.“

It's almost like an Italian spumoni ice cream with orange sherbet. It's amazing! It's not cheap, but it's still amazing... almost 20$ for 2 waffle cones, but it's worth it for a nice treat!“

“I travel all over Chicago area and I have been at different Mexican restaurants and depending on what kind of tacos I want some times I go to a specific place but this little truck go my preference because: The chicken tacos flavor are very well balance complemented with any of the sauce they provide (red or green) The stake tacos not too greasy or over cooked. The al pastor tacos don’t feel line they use sugar and like any other places I have been. The “wire” tacos here are like the Dr pepper of tacos, its a combination of many pleasant flavors. In two week I have been there 3 times and I am sure I will back soon there. My kids and wife love any of those tacos.“
