“Attempted to order a quesadilla with the rest of the order and the dude stated that that item is an online exclusive. Basically if I wanted to order one I would need to place a separate order through the app and wait in the store for them to make it and put it on the shelf while I held the rest of my food I just ordered in person in the store. Estimated pickup time on the quesadilla 30 minutes. 🙄 That's pretty poor thinking/customer service Chipotle. Do better. Plenty of other options in the area as well as a Qdoba that delivers.“

“We typically use the drive thru. We like your food, always fresh and tasty. Tonight I had the chicken avocado and strawberry salad. The salad was fresh, walnuts were sweet and crispy, dressing was very creamy. The only criticism I have is my chicken avocado and strawberry salad had no avocados. I do understand sometimes you can run out of ingredients or supply chain issues can interfere with menus. I would just ask to have this made known to us upon ordering or upon discovery, all in the interest of good customer service that you usually do deliver.“

“The chicken here is controversial, this place will either be a miss or your go to for the best chicken you've ever had. I am the latter. Food seems to appear about 6 seconds after you order it and all the staff are happy and energetic.“
