“This place is worth visiting! Their chicken was phenomenal and quality. It is crispy and flavorful. They also have coleslaw, salad, pasta, chicken sandwich, burger, fries, and others. You can absolutely find everything you want here and all the food that can satisfy your cravings. Their menu is wide and full of affordable offers. Good place for a quick breakfast, brunch, or even lunch. They also have a drive-thru for all those people who has a car and want to get their food quickly. Very convenient and enjoyable place. The whole place is organized, wide, bright, and so clean. They maintained the place so well. They have plenty of tables and chairs. Enough for a few numbers of customers they have every other day. “We brought a large group of 30 students today for lunch after a college fair. Most people get nervous when they see that many teens piling in, but Quinn (one of the managers) and all of the staff were friendly, efficient, and very helpful. They serve Pepsi products in the fountain machine and have lemonade and other beverages. My husband ordered the Bacon double cheeseburger, I had a bite and it was amazing! The beef is definitely home made and probably on of the most tender beefs I've ever had, great flavor, just awesome! “I have been to this location in Elgin. I have been there five or six times in the last week. It gets very busy on Friday nights, Saturday nights. And Sunday afternoons. That's to be expected at Culver's. When I arrived, I was greeted when i walked through the door. I ordered my food, a double sourdough melt with deep fried cheese curds. it was delicious. A few days passed, and I returned to the culver's in Elgin. I ordered a double butter burger. Chili cheese, fries, and a scoop with hot caramel and banana. These were also very good. I received my food promptly. Every part of my order was hot and fresh. I have no complaints to state about Culver's.“

“I wanted to send a shout out to manager Carlos Luna and his team at your Bartlett, IL location. This location is down the street from my office and I am there often enough that I suspect that they know my order when they see me coming. I had a complicated and large order to place yesterday and instead of doing it online, I decided to go in and place it in person. I had a print out of an Excel spreadsheet and Carlos sat down with me and his notepad to sort it out. I was impressed with this level of customer service as he was actively seeking to identify what my actual needs were. Through his questions, he discovered that the large order was for kids for a Friday night, after school tournament so that they would have dinner after a full day of school. He advised me of promotional pricing for a school order and provided me with his email address so that I could send my tax exempt form, as well. When I arrived to pick up my order after work, he had written all the names on thesandwiches and his staff immediately jumped up to carry the 40 odd sandwiches to my car in 12⁰ weather. I can't tell you how much I appreciated the effort he and his team took. I am always impressed by the professionalism, efficiency and kindness that his team brings to my general lunchtime interactions, but this was above and beyond at a time when I felt overwhelmed by this task. It is wonderful to know that a company that I know that I stand behind as one who preaches doing good in the world, actually puts it into practice, as well. “We went to Panini Bar, as we had a craving for a panini this afternoon and we googled “panini near me”. This place came up. We ordered avocado panini (vegetarian) and Turkey pesto panini. Both were REALLY REALLY tasty. Avocado panini had a bit of spaciness to it (which I loved). Turkey panini was absolutely delicious with basil pesto. All ingredients were fresh and panini was nice and crispy. We rally enjoyed our food. The only thing we didn’t realize is that this is a deli, not a cafe. So there is no opportunity for dine-in.
