“I was reluctant to try due to the reviews but I am glad I did! Everything I ordered was very fresh tasting which is somewhat rare these days with other dunkins. I will definitely be coming here in the future. Be aware that the pet hospital that shares the parking lot with this place sill send their people out to kick you out of the lot if you even think about parking on their half of the lot. Incredibly rude and I left them a note for it as well. Thanks to dunkin this trip was an overall pleasant one and productive as I know what animal hospital I will not be frequenting ever. ?“

“We read about Joe Doughnut Itasca and thought we would give it a try…pulled up to a Shell gas station?!? Wow we were pleasantly surprised. Can’t begin to say enough good things about this place…not gas station food, custom fresh made to your liking off their full menu. Doughnuts were great, flapjacks were outstanding. Great variety of coffee products - regular, cold brew, lattes etc. The staff were warm and friendly, making you feel at home and explaining the menu to you. Met the co-owner, wonderful lady with passion for this place. Can’t believe it has been open for over 2 years. Great kept little secret. Will be back to try more of the menu!“

“I wish I took pictures, but we ate everything so quickly… IT’S JUST SO GOOD! We had the Korean hotdogs, mochi donuts and boba coffee and milk tea. Every week they have different mochi donut flavors, try them all! For the Korean hotdogs, you choose your flavor, then if you want mozzarella/sausage, and a dipping sauce. Also, the actual location is cute and inviting with extra seating in the back. Highly recommend!“

I really like most mochi I've tried and had heard of mochi donuts; I had not gone out of my way to try them, though, until a food blogger I like wrote a bit about them, saying he liked them because they were not as sweet as typical donuts. “We went for a later breakfast during the week as out of towners (10am from NW Iowa). The restaurant came highly recommended and man was it worth it. With breakfast, they bring cinnamon sugar mini donuts like rolls from a “steak establishment”. The portions we generous and the service was timely.“

“I saw racism at it's ultimate high Monday morning July 2. Congratulations to the young women that handled it with complete calm and grace. Not sure if they called the police on the white trash woman that screamed, swore and yelled racial slurs at the employees, but I feel disgusted by her and feel sorry for the teenage daughter that was extremely embarrassed. I cannot imagine what happens inside this home, and I saw them video it all so I hope they post it.“

“The store is managed by a couple of individuals who handle all aspects of the business, from taking orders to packaging and prepping the food.

Everything felt just right up until we ordered a pack of donuts. One of the employees began packing donuts in a haphazard manner, stacking multiple donuts into a single box, they could hardly fit into the box— quite clumsy and unhygienic!

With that said, the cappuccino we ordered was prepped sooner than we knew it and tasted great.

Overall, the facilities were clean, well-maintained, and organized.“

(Original post below) Although it took a while and many phone calls to the owner of this location and to corporate, (I am very persistent) this issue has been resolved and I am very happy with the way it was handled. I have been paid back the $200 I spent on getting my car back from the towing company, partly in cash and partly in free coffee, which is fine with me considering the amount of coffee I consume. Just wanted to update my review since I believe in giving credit where credit is due! Very happy with the manager and staff for owning up to their mistake and taking responsibility!!! Old post: After being a returning and loyal customer to this Dunkin Donuts location for 4+ years, I am extremely appalled at the way the staff and management here treats their customers and community. Yesterday, Sunday August 6th 2017, after purchasing my daily iced coffee, my car broke down in the parking lot at around 4pm. After attempting to jumpstart my car with no luck, I went inside and asked an employee if it would be okay to leave my car in the parking lot for the day and possibly overnight, as none of the dealerships are open on Sundays. The employee told me that yes, this was fine. I returned today to find that my car had been TOWED despite the fact that I was told by an employee that it would be okay to leave it there!!!! I spoke to the manager, who was extremely rude and unhelpful and told me that it was MY FAULT for asking the "wrong employee" who decided not to share the information with the rest of the staff. I asked to speak with his boss, and was blatantly told, "No." I had to pay $200 to get my car back because of the EXTREME lack of communication and respect at this Dunkin Donuts location.“

“this Dunkin has such poor customer service. I watch the manager tell this kid that they couldn't make him something because the ovens were down for cleaning. As I sat there for at least 30 min, not one person went to the ovens to start cleaning them. this is not the only time I noticed stuff like this.“

“This is my Dunkin for sure. I always get my coffee extra extra and it always is perfect here no matter what size i get. I also LOVE my Charlie Drink and i am so THANKFUL this location also makes it perfect no matter the size.

For some reason other dunkins tend to miss the mark depending on the size and are not consistent with the flavor of the drink.

Staff is always friendly, this the cherry on top to get my morning started.

“I still remember my THAT first very early morning cup of coffee in 1987.
I was introduced to the place at Belmont and Clark in Chicago when they used to serve my favorite ONION donuts, and I was addicted to having it with plain cream cheese.
In time, I tried to upgrade to various high-end coffees, but unfortunately, those were not 'my cup of tea.'
Although they do not serve ONION doughnuts, I am still hooked on their taste of coffee. However, now I have changed my doughnut to be plain with vegetable cream cheese. Another great combo. Try it when you visit next time.“
