“The staff here are super nice and helpful. When we order for pick up, our food is always neatly packaged and tasty. If I forgot to order something for pick up, they're always quick to ring me up and make whatever I forgot. I don't think I've been in the store for longer than 5 minutes since the pandemic started, even if someone else is waiting - they're that fast!!! 100% will be back!!“

“Generally good but don’t order Beach Club. I could not find the avocado spread, called and was told it was in between the cheese. Pulled apart and informed the JJ employee that there was like a teaspoon. Response: “oh. Sorry.” I said well…I will never order THAT again.“
“The team there makes it work. They were friendly, efficient, and attentive. Pricing is fair considering the overall fast food pricing nowadays. I have switched from my long time sandwich chain to Jimmy John's. I never eat there as the tables are more of an afterthought for many of us.“
