“I was delighted to visit this restaurant! The atmosphere is very cozy, with pleasant decor and attentive staff. Every dish I tried was a real masterpiece, from appetizers to dessert. The assortment of kebabs was especially impressive: its taste, presentation and quality of products were at the highest level.

The service was at an excellent level - the waiters are polite, quickly respond to all requests and help with the choice of dishes.

“All I know is that the food is so good that I have been here 3 times since it opened (Which has been less then 6 months). I know I should branch out and try the other offerings but I just really love the Tori Paitan and will be back more when the cooler weather is fully settled in.
I also sincerely appreciate that there are good non-alcoholic mixed drinks, because sometimes someone just wants a fun mixed drink but none of the alcohol and there's quite a few options here- expanded even from the menu pictured on Google. There's a really good Yuzu based drink that I also keep getting that is my favorite.
The atmosphere is higher end but not pretentious, and cozy while still being open.

I look forward to bringing more of my friends here.

Parking: Fair amount of parking but it's in a strip mall with other restaurants so you're not always able to find a spot immediately. There's usually more parking in the back“

The flavors are authentic to Korean food items also. Online you can ask for extra of one the free included sides which is nice. The sides are healthful and tastes great. The staff (diverse staff) and manager (who looked Korean to me which is nice to keep authenticity) are always cleaning...authentic to the Korean way of non stop standards of cleanliness. The bathroom is immaculate and non odorous. I got a glass noodle (which is made of sweet potato) base bowl with tofu (cooked perfectly with just right saltiness, broccoli, beans, steamed and fried potatoes, red cabbage, corn, kale, and KIMCHI of course! What Korean dish comes without kimchi and it's perfect inside bc I grew up adding kimchi to everything like ramen or pizza or soup. Also FREE miso soup w tofu and scallion. You can serve it yourself anytime. Drinks are creative and yummy. Thank you Mr Shin (owner of this chain) for creating such a great deal with yummy Korean foods that help me eat for balance and wellness. Thank you to the manager of this Des Plains location for doing an excellent job! If I could, I would eat here everyday. You won't be disappointed. “It's a convenient place to dine when staying at the hotel. The menu is very limited and provides your basic food distributor options. The ladies who were bartenders my first week there were great. On my return trip, there was a gent behind the bar, and he was not remotely close to as friendly or prompt as the ladies (one was in training-1st night) .“

“My first time ever trying Thai food, my husband has always been a fan. I am now hooked, this place is amazing. I knew it had to be good when I pulled up to a restaurant attached to a home kitchen. We ordered the Beef noodle soup spice level 2, chicken pad thai spice level 3, order of sticky buns, crispy egg rolls and crab rangoon. Everything was amazing. Tender beef in the soup, fresh not canned crunchy sprouts, rich broth. My husband loved the heat and fresh veggies in his pad thai. Even after sitting in the bag for about 30 minutes after pick up the rangoons were perfectly crunchy thanks to the venting on the container they put them in. Perfect portions, quality, great price, clean, all staff wearing masks, multiple carry out options in terms of curb side pick up, going in, delivery etc. Highly highly highly recommend. Cannot wait for our next take out/date night.“

I know what I tip the waiter for, but I don't understand why I tip them here. I took the cutlery and napkins myself, poured myself a drink and cleaned up after myself at the end. Maybe I should start asking for tips too??“
