“We were in town for a convention and staying at a hotel. We decided to order a pizza our last night there. We chose Joe's at random, and we were not disappointed. Our order was delivered promptly by a very nice, and courteous person. The pizza we ordered was delicious. We loved everything about it -the thin crust, delicious sauce (not too much), and generous amount of cheese. I especially liked that the toppings were under the cheese, and there were herbs!! Kuddos to Joe's for great food and friendly service!!“

“BEST Italian food in Illinois, this place is absolutely amazing. We got the poblano soup and the rigatoni alla traverstin and it was the best pasta and soup I have ever had. I requested it to be spicy, and they made it exactly how I wanted it, it was wonderful! My husband ordered his without the spice and it was just as amazing. Also, it is very refreshing to have a restaurant where all of the waiter and waitresses have conversations with the guests, it was so great to see. We had Susanna and her sister and they were so sweet to us. They all are so hospitable and genuinely great people. We have tried many many Italian restaurants in the area, and this is by far the best one and a must try.“

My wife and I split a large caesar salad. I had risotto buscaiolo which was very good and was a huge portion for a risotto. My wife had the veal marsala. Again very good and generous. Finished with lemon mascarpone cake which really hit the spot.“

The food was delicious and probably one of the best perks was that the Italian beef was given to us hot instead of in cold packs like some of the bigger chains do. He specifically told me he uses the finest, freshest, high quality ingredients-which is apparent when you try the food. No seed oils here either! “Large and varied menu, and they were quite accommodating to our party of 7. Every person at our table ordered something different and was delighted with their meal. I had the osso buco with risotto and it was delicious. Banana cake and butter cake for dessert were enough to feed the whole table after such a rich meal. It's the kind of place where you want to try everything on the menu because it all sounds so good. I will definitely come here again the next time I'm in town.“

“We stopped by Antioch Pizza in Libertyville after visiting a family member at Condell Hospital, looking for a late lunch. It was our first time there, and it turned out to be everything we’d hoped for. They offer several pizza options—including a gluten-free choice for one person in our group—as well as beer and wine selections.

To our surprise, there’s even a small ice cream shop inside! We ordered the two-slice deal, a large pizza, and a gluten-free cheese pizza. The thin crust was excellent—crispy and flavorful.

We also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, John, who was super friendly and welcoming. We didn’t get to try the ice cream this time, but we definitely plan to on our next visit.

From the point of discussing the space, to reviewing the contract, to discussing options, to answering ALL of our questions, to the tasting, to the day of, our event coordinator (not sure that's her specific title) Amanda was nothing short of stellar. She was patient, thorough, and accommodating ensuring that my daughter was comfortable in a very important time of her life. Our event captain (again not sure of her title) Kylie also was amazing -- handling each of our requests quickly and pleasantly. These two ladies are an asset to your company & should be commended for their fantastic work ethic. All the event staff from the bartenders, to servers, to bus boys were pleasant and efficient. The food was delicious as well. Our event was amazing & memorable largely due to the associates we interacted with.“
