I don’t even like vegetables and these were great. The Phoenix flame potatoes were amazing! So much so I ordered some to go. This place is a diamond in the rough.“
“This place is in general a really, really awesome place. The service is insanely swift, they get your food out real quick. The atmosphere is top notch, may not be the biggest but the decor and feel is just really cool. The food of course, is also next level. They have such a unique array of food, subs, bowls, shawarma, tacos, subs, gyros, and a bunch more. The food was really well made and fresh, and of course pretty tasty. “I dined here with a buddy of mine last week. The food was great and the quality was amazing! Nice cuts of steak. Also had the pleasure of meeting the owner who was very welcoming and responsive to our needs. The lady who served us also had a cool personality and making sure we had everything we needed. “The food is always excellent here but we had not been in in a while. Last time was outdoor weather on the roof so sitting downstairs in the dining room feels a little tight. Took a bit to get our order in but food came quickly - we were too hungry to photograph most of it. The lomo saltado was my favorite, the steak cooked very tender, not salty tasting, just pure beef. The pictured lamb chops also very nicely done. We liked the octopus tinga on tostada, the eggplant toasts (montadito), and some empanadas as well.Menu prices are a little high even with food inflation.“
“I really liked the place. The restaurant is very cute inside and has a nice bar. We ordered a couple margaritas which were good. The all you can eat chips were amazing along with the salsa. My only complaint was my dinner was so spicy and it was just fish tacos. My other friends also complained about the same thing. One had shrimp tacos and the other shrimp enchiladas. I've been to many Mexican restaurants and don't remember those types of dishes being that spicy. All in all I would come back again as drinks and chips were very good.“

“Nice and cute in a strip mall close to the cutting theatre in palatine. My friend and I stopped for a quick bite before a comedy show and enjoyed the food but the service slow as hell and we ended up missing 15 mins of the show. The sauce on calamari was very flavorful and delicious with hints of saffron., mussels were very sandy, not fun!The wines were pretty good and well paired with our seafood. I may come back if ever in the area.“

“i recently moved to the area and was looking for mexican food, and so i decided to try this place from google maps. i ordered the steak burrito special with rice and beans for takeout, and it was delicious! the burrito was big and the steak was seasoned well. i was pleasantly surprised and excited to have found a great mexican place nearby. this has become my go-to, and i will definitely be back often!“
