“We ate at Phase Three today at the recommendation of my doctor. And it did NOT disappoint. We even got a complimentary meal from the Executive Chef so he didn’t waste the plate after taking pictures of his new special. To say the food was amazing is an understatement. There were so many flavors and they all blended so dang well. They even had some unique beer option that we brought home. If your down in the Chicago area or willing to make the trip, it’s definitely worth it“

“Had a great experience at Whiskey Hill. The chicken sandwich and very unique take on fries was excellent. The kids menu is a bonus and my daughter finished nearly all the pizza. They were out of pulled pork and ribs but offered to create a burnt ends sandwich instead. Great recommendation from our server! It was delicious. The vibe is an added bonus. It's absolutely beautiful inside. I appreciate a place that backs up ambiance with great food and drinks. Plus, love getting craft cocktails from a brewery. It will definitely be our local spot from now on.“

“Went here with some friends of mine after a memorial service. I got the Hallowed Stars Sour Ale and it was good. I also tried the Vacation Mode lime hibiscus ale and I should've gotten that one! But I only stayed for a drink. The menu seemed well encompassing with something for everyone, from Stouts to Sours. I would definitely visit again. Staff was pretty friendly, especially Paul.“

“This Bar and Pizzeria had been on my radar prior to leaving the UK, for a short break to Chicago to watch AC/DC. Kev and I weren't disappointed! Great hospitality, a wide selection of beers made on site and a 'cup and char' pizza to die for. Topped off with hot honey, it's one of the best pizzas I've tried. The 'Tommy o two legs' was my beer of choice with most having quirky names inspired by the friendly staff. A great location to visit and one that will be fondly remembered. “This was our first time here and Whiskey Hill was wonderful. I had the chicken sandwich with fries. Others had fish tacos and chicken strips. They were delicious!!! For dessert we had beignet's so light and airy with raspberry and chocolate sauce for dipping. We will definitely be back.“

“Great brewery. Good selection of their own and a lot of good guest beers available. You'll find something you'll like. Along with wine and spirits. Great atmosphere and friendly staff and patrons. Worth a visit for sure.

“The food was excellent and creative. The blue corn quesadilla with mole was excellent, as were the empanadas with chorizo and the Al pastor tacos. The beer has a wide variety that is home brewed. Not all the beer is hoppy (for those us that don’t like sour beer). The only thing that didn’t go over well was the peach and tamarind miche - a drink with beer which was too spicy and did not have a balance of sweetness. The location is a large airy cement structure with an industrial vibe.“

“It’s a small brewery that makes you feel at home. Wide selection usually about 20 beers on tap. The also package four packs in cooler for you to take home. You can fill up growlers as well. Been coming here since the pandemic and haven’t left. Wonderful small business that steeply has earned its reputation. For food they have rotating food trucks, allow delivery or you can bring in food too!“
