“We called and ordered dinner this evening and Ashton was just amazing, even being a new employee he wanted to make sure our experience was perfect. He was very pleasant and helpful. He even took the time to make my order was correct. When I got there he was very friendly and was ready to help me get my order. Our pizza and wings were amazing. “Excellent food and service. We stopped for breakfast here and I got the build-your-own breakfast skillet and it was excellent. Good-sized portion for my meal and not ridiculously priced. Looks like they are known for their pizza. I definitely will be back to try it, but breakfast was excellent sitting out on their patio that overlooked the canal. Highly recommended. Enjoy!“

“We ordered a catering package from Papa Saverios in Crystal Lake for Mother's day and the food was outstanding. Our package included the Italian beef, mostaccioli, fried chicken and swapped out the garden salad tray for their chopped salad (for an extra cost) but was so happy they were able to accommodate us. Everyone commented on how good the food was especially and surprisingly the fried chicken. It came crispy, moist and delicious. We will continue to do our catering with them! Thanks Papa Saverios for an outstanding job!“

“We used to go to Papa Murphy's until they closed and, after trying the pizza places in town, we've found that Alfredo's is the best option in town. Their pizza is very good and they've always been friendly“

This is a review solely for the employee, Michael, and is not a reflection on this specific location otherwise. I ordered my pizza for the wrong location unbeknownst to me but Michael stated it was in the oven. 45 minutes of waiting later, the other employees had to clean up his mess after he left with deliveries and figured out that they never had my order to begin with. These other employees were outstanding and kind, and had excellent work ethic vs Michael’s. During my wait, I also noticed Michael was wallowing around the kitchen, arguing with fellow employees, and overall just was unpleasant at helping his team. His coworkers were stressed and it’s a shame that he brings them down. He helped another customer and was very dismissive in attitude with the young man before me as well. He kept asking if he had paid, asked for his name multiple times after calling it, and this caused the customer to appear irritated in my opinion. Based on what I witnessed in the short waiting period, I can only offer sympathy to the remaining staff members who had to pick up his slack. It’s not fair to not be helping out properly when your team is working hard around you on a busy Saturday night…“

“I visited Casey’s both on Tuesday, March 18 and Friday, March 21, 2025. Similar to a lot of places in Crystal Lake, this was one of the places I first experienced downstate and was glad to see get brought back to my city. This location is not new by any means and I’ve been here many times I just have not left a review yet and I like to try and leave a review to most places I go. On Tuesday I got pizza slices and it was HUGE and tasted really good. On Friday we got gas and we were blown away by how inexpensive it was for us. Was very impressed and I’m sure we will be back sometime soon!“

“HIGHLY RECOMMEND Placed an order for pick up. Fair timing for the order. Food was hot even after the drive. Tasted amazing. Whoever was cooking knew what they were doing. Double dough was soft and chewy. Italian beef egg rolls were fantastic. Garlic Parmesan nuggets were also delicious. Fair price for eating out in today’s world. ONLY COMPLAINT We originally called for delivery and were outside the range. 8.3 miles door to door. If the range were just a little bigger, Hebron would throw money at them. Still, I highly recommend. 10/10“
