“I have not bought Donuts from there in a quite a long time due to the stale or limited variety. Took a chance today, received two chocolate longjohns. The bag was loaded with chocolate inside fingerprints from their hands from putting it in the bag let alone no chocolate on the donuts because it’s inside the bag … Disgusting!! I keep telling myself not to go to the one in Wooddale because it’s half ass. From their ice coffees to the donuts!! just close your store already it’s been 10 years and you guys are pitiful!“

“My wife and I go to Dunk Donuts almost every morning. For less than the price of Starbucks we get a dozen donut holes and two of their blended Carmel latte drinks. 🍩 We love Dunk Donuts! Great variety of coffee products - regular, cold brew, lattes etc. The staff were warm and friendly, making you feel at home and explaining the menu to you. “I have now been to Juicy-O twice to meet with my mom for lunch, and each time has been a delightful experience. I discovered the charred beef tips breakfast meal the first time and now I am addicted. I had to order it again the second time I came and it was just as good. The coffee was tasty and replenished often. The service was excellent with friendly staff that were very attentive. Is it wrong I am already looking forward to my next time visiting Juicy-O? I really like most mochi I've tried and had heard of mochi donuts; I had not gone out of my way to try them, though, until a food blogger I like wrote a bit about them, saying he liked them because they were not as sweet as typical donuts. I’m not sure if the gentleman who is usually at the drive-thru window is the manager or the owner, but he is absolutely phenomenal. He goes above and beyond every time, and what means the most to me is how kind and patient he is with my dog, who can be reactive and protective. That level of kindness and understanding is rare to find these days, and it truly goes a long way. It’s not just about coffee here—it’s about community, and that’s exactly what he brings. I cannot reconcile the negative reviews posted here with my experiences at all. This month, I spent $100 at this specific location on two separate custom orders (cakes, etc), and they did a *perfect* job. They will continue to get my business.“

“I get decaf coffee almost every day and it's wonderful every morning. But at night forget it. Usually I thrown it out because you can't drink it's so bad. Even when I complain and give it back they don't make a new pot of decaf, they give me the same coffee diluted. Didn't they taste the coffee??? It is several hours old and it tastes bad. Good for day workers, Yuck for the evening workers. Tell them if decaf coffee sits for hours, make a new coffee.“

“The sandwich was well build with I presume precooked eggs and meat on rye bread. The iced coffee was a bit gritty which I didn’t like. I’m uncertain if that Duncan’s way or just didn’t blend or dissolve. The staff were pleasant and busy cleaning and cleaning!!!“

While the guy at the counter didn’t look super enthusiastic at first, he was still very helpful and willingly accommodated my request. Later, I realized I forgot to ask for whipped cream — and he added that too without any issue.

“This location is very accommodating! The food was a bit more crispy/almost burnt, but I see they were busy with online orders. We bought a milk and the seal to the cap was broken so they gave us a new one. There was also a mix-up with the type of sandwich we ordered and the owner personally got us the right one! “I went to this Dunkin location twice this morning during a layover- delayed- canceled flight nightmare. The service was incredible. There was only one person working and he was slinging lattes, donuts, coffee, complicated sugary drink order from a bunch of high school kids like it was nothing. And he was smiling the whole time. I tipped him big both times because he was working his tail off. I seriously don’t know how he was getting drinks donuts and a smile out so fast. He was like an octopus back there. And not to mention I’m sure I wasn’t the only customer with flight issues so people likely weren’t that friendly and he was smiling the whole time.“

“This Dunkin’ order was a great change of pace and turned out to be a really enjoyable combo. I started with an iced matcha latte made with almond milk, and it was smooth, refreshing, and nicely balanced—not too sweet and very easy to drink.
The croissant stuffers with chicken and roasted pepper were a pleasant surprise. Flaky on the outside with a savory, well-seasoned filling, they felt more substantial than a typical grab-and-go item. I also picked up an apple fritter, which was rich, satisfying, and perfect if you’re in the mood for something classic and comforting.
To round it out, the avocado toast added a lighter, fresh element to the order and made the whole meal feel complete rather than just snacky. Everything came out fresh and exactly as expected.
Overall, this was a well-balanced order that showed off a different side of Dunkin’. Definitely a combo I’d order again.“
