“After a week of travel for this Mom, the last thing I wanted to do was to make dinner. This isn't the first time we've been to Glen Prairie and I knew it was just the place I wanted to go. The atmosphere is warm, but quiet. Perfect for a good family catchup. The food is comforting without being too heavy and the wine, beer and cocktail selection is the perfect pairing. We've had the pleasure of being served by Anna a few times now and she does a great job. She is attentive and watchful, without being overbearing which is a difficult skill to master for a lot of servers. Aside from that, I love that it is a safe place for folks with food allergies and I feel very well taken care of in respect to that issue. I can tell that everyone from the hosts to the servers to the bartenders to the kitchen staff are very well trained in creating a safe and welcoming experience for each guest. Glen Prairie is quickly becoming one of our go to family favorite restaurants and we will definitely be back!“

“I absolutely love this place! They’re open late, and you can still order takeout in the evening since the kitchen stays open until 10:30 PM. I often finish work around 9 PM, so this place has been a lifesaver.

The lagman is absolutely delicious, and the ashlyamfu is especially refreshing in the summer. I also highly recommend trying the baursaks and ordering their fresh bread, you won’t regret it! I do miss their pirozhki, but they still have a huge selection of authentic, truly delicious food. If you’re in the mood for dessert, the honey cake is an excellent choice.

“Thank you Molos for a wonderful evening. We hosted a small birthday celebration with 20 people. The room was cozy and private and since we had dined before we knew the food would be awesome. We did appetizers of course. The Baked Feta was a huge hit as well as the Saganaki of course. We ordered Greek Salad for each table and our guests ordered off the menu. I’m sure it was a challenge for the kitchen but they handled it very well and everyone enjoyed their meal. We had one server, who’s name I did not get, (may fault). She was awesome! In the end the entire night could not have gone better and even with drinks, wine, and desserts, ordered as our guests desired, the price was very reasonable. We all highly recommend Molos!!“

“Been coming to Walker Bros for years and absolutely love it. Great food, great service, and the price is really reasonable for the quality that you're getting. I appreciate the consistency of the food and that when I ask for a certain style of eggs, I get just that. I'm always surprised when a breakfast place can't actually poach an egg correctly. Walker Bros always does it right the first time. I even told my server Denise that we were in a hurry and she brought a self checkout device to the table to let me pay while the wife and kids were using the restroom. Just a really great experience! Also they started you with eggplant dip and pickled vegetables with pita chips flavored with zatar. We ordered the potatoe garlic dip. Yes, that garlic burned my mouth but that's what's it's supposed to do. If you don't like garlic order something else. We split the kabobs platter. 2 different rices. We had lamb, chicken and sausage. All the food tasted fresh and succulent. I forgot pictures this time.. but we will definitely be back with a bigger group to try more. Ohhh I forgot their pita!! “Visiting from Toronto and was looking for a nice restaurant near the airport hotels for lunch and wow, the Great Escape did not disappoint. My husband had the bass dinner and I had the chicken tangerine salad and both were delicious with huge portions. Our server was friendly and the atmosphere is great, including the bar that was built in 1889. Really nice spot that I highly recommend.“

“GrubHub left me hanging and cancelled my order without any meaningful explanation. Since I was still hungry and wanted dinner, I called the store directly. Boy am I glad I did! The manager took my call and commiserated with me a bit and suggested that I place my order directly with them via their website. Since I am just across the parking lot and can't leave my location (I was running out of time for my lunch), he graciously offered to run my order to me personally. JC showed up a matter of minutes later with my extremely tasty food and a smile!. I love their Lobster Bisque soup and mine was still nice and hot. Bonus... While on the website, I registered for the Cafe Zupas loyalty program and got a Free beverage! And, even though I have a discount on GH from my Amazon Prime account, my bill was nearly $8 cheaper! Overall, my experience today with Cafe Zupas Schaumburg has been stellar and I'll be ordering from them (directly, no more GrubHub) frequently and encouraging my coworkers and clients to do the same. “We recently saw Nonsense here. The show was great. The set was designed well. The seats were comfortable, but being short, it was a good thing no one sat in front of us, or it would have been difficult to see. This is a beautiful theatre, and I don't think there is a bad seat in the house. My only complaint is that I do think tickets are overpriced. They're charging the same prices as downtown shows, and the theatre is not worth the price.“
