You won't need to turn on your phone flashlight to read the menus here. On the way to the restroom you'll pass over the vault in the floor that gives the place it's name that has a transparent see-through floor panel. A pleasant and cozy place to linger and it has an excellent cocktail menu, and The Propietor smoky Old Fashioned cocktail in particular is highly recommended. The only thing that needs to be fixed here is the music, which is a chaotic mess that doesn't synch with the ambiance of the place at all. It needs a theme, like soft jazz, or Mozart classical, or soft New Orleans blues, or 90's grunge.....“
