“I used to love the Albany locations pizza. in fact it was one of the best around however times must be changing. The quality just keeps getting worse and worse. I literally took my delivered pizza back to ask the manager if this is the quality you get for a $35 pizza... she looked at me and asked what was wrong with it?!! when your slogan is to the edge I suspect maybe it should be to the edge. there was barely any cheese on it. It was drier than the Sahara desert.. I've seen most frozen pizzas look better. the manager continued to try to get me to explain what was wrong with it. I just said that if you can't see what is wrong with this then that answers everything. I took my crap pizza and left and said I'm not here to teach you how to make a pizza. obviously this management doesn't have the same standards the pizza king franchise usually has! I will say that the manager did offer to remake it however took no ownership in the quality... The bottom line is this, I'm Over, getting over charged for sub par quality. if you are going to charge me for quality the. give me quality...“

“Johanne gave such good service at a previous visit when my debit card was being persnickety and I wasn't able to leave a tip. So I returned again tonight to give her a very thankful tip for her awesome service when I come here! Her boss Kayla was there and I was able to tell her how awesome Johanne is too! Both ladies were wonderful!“

“Pizza King is a MUST-GO if you're in the Muncie area! The pizza is made fresh and tastes amazing, as well as the bread sticks which are the best out of any pizza place(I recommend the 3/4 cooked ones, they're the perfect amount of chewy). Our server Christy was the cherry on top, she was very friendly and knowledgeable as well as attentive with our table and always there if we needed something or had a question. She set the mood and made it one of the best Pizza King experiences I've ever had. Unfortunately I couldn't leave a rating above 5 stars, but I hope to be back again soon because you know, It's an Indiana Thing!“

“Cost 40 for a 16 inch Greeks special pizza, delicious by the way and no shortage of ingredients. The chef salad was fresh and stuffed full of all the best ingredients. My only complaint was that instead of the ranch dressing I ordered I got an outdated blue cheese.“

“Love Pizza King!!! It’s a staple in my food chain. Living out of state now i don’t get it as much. We need one near Gatlinburg TN. My most recent visit was tonight. The best one yet. Tomias our server made the whole experience wonderful. You are blessed to have a server like him. Being here in a time of grief was momentarily forgotten by his caring attention and funny demeanor. “The one on E. 12th is always good. But I will never go to the Pizza King 18th and Macedonia. I found two HAIRS in my ham and cheese sub. None of the employees had hair net on. “Let me tell you it was the day after Thanksgiving and there was this one guy in there running the whole place making sure everything ran smoothly and he really did a amazing job it was like the rest of them were just like zombies stuck in one spot while this guy ran all over the place and they made the wrong pizza for us and he went back and made sure to make it right!!!
