It would be nice if you could talk to a person at "my" papa John's, not someone at a call center that doesn't understand "my" English very well. Very under cooked as normal, even when I ask for it well done, nothing new.
I will start off by saying that the first time my pizza was delivered it was not made right. BUT MISTAKES DO HAPPEN! The manager that I spoke with on the phone was so sweet and polite and had my pizza remade. If I could rate the customer service I received from the delivery people and the manager I would rate it way more than five stars. Thank y'all for everything!!!!
