“I've made order both for delivery and pickup. I order online and doing so is a breeze to navigate the portal. Every delivery was exactly on time if not a few minutes before ETA. The delivery drivers had a kind smile and a respectful presence, and with pickup, the workers behind the counter sincere and punctual... Seemed like a store that loved what they did... “My family likes to try different Pizza Kings around Indiana (they're similar but each one is a little unique in taste). The Alexandria location is a good one. The only thing I would say is that it's VERY expensive. I suppose everything is these days, but even so I thought we paid quite a bit for what we got. That said, everything was hot, delicious, and came out fast. You go up to order, but everything from that point on is brought to your table. The service was quick and friendly. Definitely a good (albeit expensive) choice for pizza in Alexandria.”

“I don't really care about their sandwiches much. I mostly just get a couple cookies and am happy. My boyfriend always gets a sandwich but makes a mess out of it because of how much sauce he gets on it. So if you do get a sandwich I would suggest not getting a lot of sauce if you don't want to clean up. Or in my case have honey mustard all over the passenger seat of your car lol”

“Wow. This place is amazing !! Their pizza, sandwiches , salads and apps are so yummy. I have never had anything to eat here that wasn't good. However, today they did something to make me a life long customer. I ordered a pizza to take home, On the way home I got an emergency call I had to go help with immediately. Sadly the pizza got left in my very hot car for 2 hours. I called Arts and asked a manager if they thought it was still safe to eat. They just were not sure, so they said bring it back and we will make you a new one, no charge. What!! This was not their fault. I left it in the car, I didn't ask for anything yet they stepped up to offer me a replacment . I live 45 min. away so I didn't go back, but their kindness was unbelieveable.. I am an Arts girl from now on !!”

“I had to do a Teams call for work on my way home and stopped here. Super-friendly service, ultra-clean rooms, inspiring decor, and, of course, excellent drink. I had the chai latte and the owner asked if I wanted the second shot since he had to make it anyway. That would have cost $2 at another place. I couldn’t pass it up, although I may not sleep great tonight! I’ll definitely be back and bring friends.”
