“I have always loved DQ! The Oreo blizzards are amazing! The people there are always friendly and patient.

Parking: Plenty of space to park anywhere!

Kid-friendliness: There is a picnic table or two around the back with a little gazebo type thing above it. Kids can sit there and eat with their parents.“

“I want to give praise to a woman that I regret not catching her name. She was working at the Aurora Subway August 1st 2024 at night. I do remember she had a red and black checkered bandana on. I don't know if she was a manager or what but she was hands down a beautiful soul. I went there with my husband and our youngest son and she was just amazing. She didn't make our food but she was so kind. My youngest son is six and he is autistic among other disabilities. He doesn't have many boundaries but he is non verbal and he doesn't like too many people. He definitely can't stand to be touched but somehow she was conversing with him and he was laughing and smiling and he even gave her a high five. This absolutely shocked both myself and my husband that he actually gave her a high five because she had no way of knowing he don't like to be touched. By the time we left he was so happy and it warmed our hearts so much. We have been many places were people are rude and not very kind to those with disabilities but she showed us that there are still really good people in this world. There were also two other young ladies there that took the time to make sure our order was perfect. I want to thank those other two ladies as well because they went above and beyond to take care of us. All in all we had a really good experience here and we will definitely be back. I wish there were more people in the world like them. It goes to show they may be hard to find but they are out there. Whoever manages this subway should be proud to have such a great crew. I just had to share this. Kudos and props to all of you tonight. Keep up that good hard work and thank you all so much for everything!“

“I ordered to custom box combos from the app, they one didn't come in the box not sure if they just don't do that anymore, but the main thing is I went to eat the cinnamon twists and they looked funny and tasted like straight chemicals. They made my stomach upset, upon a quick google search it appears to be a common issue with the oil going rancid.“

“Not all Chipotles are the same, very inconsistent..
But this chipotle is one of my favorites. We only use the app to order and when you're not in there telling them exactly what to do, they don't always get it right BUT at this chipotle they make the burritos and bowls perfect! No complaints.“

“Me my husband and grandaughter went to eat yesterday everyone there was so sweet we had to wait on a few things to make sure it was fresh and we was given extra because of our wait they didn't have to but it was really nice we definitely will be going back thank you guys for going out of your way to make our night great“

“Don't pass this place by if you're looking for a three-way! Skyline has some excellent chili and we enjoyed a couple of Coney's on this visit! Our server, Kendra did an excellent job guiding us through the menu. We will visit again in the future!“

“Love the Paddy Wagon! The burgers here are so good and are loaded with fresh ingredients. I loved the big fresh tomato and green leafy lettuce on my burger. It’s definitely one of the best places in the Lburg area for good burgers! It has a sheltered area over picnic tables, perfect for sitting outside and overlooking the River. We love going, eating outside, and finishing with ice cream! Definitely recommend!“

Normally have good luck with ordering ahead on the app at this location, so I didn’t think to pull out all of the burgers to check this time. I noticed our sides were correct, and even had the sauces I requested… so I thought it would all be correct. Sadly, it was not, and I drove off. I didn’t realize that over half of the burgers didn’t have the correct cheese/ toppings once I got home. I received mostly garlic cheese burgers, and a couple jalapeño cheese (not ordered). I ordered 5 smoked cheddar/ 5 garlic cheese. I’m upset because, we live around 20 minutes away- it isn’t convenient for me to drive back for a correction. :(

Update: Truly some of the best customer service in regards to making up for my last experience/ review. I really appreciated that, and due to normally having great experiences with this location- I’ve changed my review back to 5 stars.“
