This visit has renewed my faith in steak and shake and maybe humanity. Best prepared steak and shake I’ve had from here in years. Perfect crispy and caramelized pattys fry’s were amazing too. Perfectly toasted frisco. Everything was perfect.
I paid at the kiosk for extra cookie dough in my cookie dough milkshake, and it came with LESS than at other locations. Rreally? It was more like a chocolate shake, no cookie dough, with just a little bit sprinkled on top. Fail !
Steakburger was burnt. Edges supposed to be crispy, yes, but these were charcoal burnt. Very disappointed. The lack of service staff, well not a positive. S & S used to be a great smash burger. So sad how depreciated it has become.
