“This was not my first visit at this Arby’s location, but it was definitely my most memorable. I have never witnessed a fast food restaurant as busy as this was that day. The drive-through was so backed up and remained so the entire time I was there. There were so many people waiting in line at the counter to place their orders. I didn’t know if me and my friend were going to be able to place an order. Some people had been waiting nearly 20 to 30 minutes for their food. We decided we would go ahead And wait since we had nowhere we had to be and we were in no rush. Everyone in the restaurant was polite, courteous and understanding. I’m not quite sure why everyone decided to go there that day my friend and I were going to eat inside, but seeing how there were absolutely no tables available, and it was extremely loud we decided we would take our food to eat. I have to admit, even after all of the waiting and all the people it was the best Arby’s food I had ever eaten. All of the workers were very dedicated to taking care of all of the customers. They were so polite and very determined to see that everyone was taken care of all of the orders were complete and as ordered. My food was so fresh and delicious. They went way above and beyond.“
