“This brewery produces some of the best beer I've ever had. Their DIPAs were unbelievably good and are an all-time top 3 DIPA for me: juicy, fresh, jam-packed with hops, and essentially liquid candy.

Their weissbier was probably the best I've had in the states.

The helles is super solid and very good.

I had the burger and it was great. The pretzel was much moister (and better) than what I've had in any parts of Bavaria. Of course everyone has different tastes and preferences.

I sampled the Chocolate Milk Stout, Pilsner, and Amber. Settled on the Amber. Soft, jazzy music in the background, not too loud. Pinball and board games available. Dog friendly. Live music from time to time. Parking adjacent to building.“

“We held our October 2022 wedding ceremony and reception at Liter House and loved the experience! Drew and the whole event staff were helpful, kind, and easy to work with. We loved our brunch reception with delicious breakfast food and classic Sahm’s coffee cake. The event space is warm, inviting, and the right size to host lots of different types of weddings or gatherings. Also, the location is perfect - the Monon trail is a gorgeous place for pictures and features a lot of cool artwork/murals. I definitely recommend checking out Liter House for your event!“

“A great local place in an awesome location with very genuine and attentive likable staff. I don’t normally eat where I tend to drink (weird I know) but this is different because their food is lovely and reasonably priced. Everything on the menu has been great that I have tried. In essence I love popping in here after a busy day at work as there is always a nice buzz going on. Staff love working here (very apparent) and rubs off on the customers with their charm and humour. Great drinks specials all week and a farmers market right next door on a Wednesday is a nice touch. Live bands at weekends! A great escape from the humdrum of bougie upstart breweries and restaurants in the “so bro” area

“We met with Chilly Water staff and management to discuss an upcoming event partnership. I had not been to this spot before. Very clean, comfortable, and friendly. I tried a couple of beers and took some home. Very good! We went ahead and grabbed lunch before leaving and was not disappointed!“

The shandy was the highlight of the night, make sure to get it before they take it off the menu. Since it is in a converted church, it gets extremely loud as they get busier.“
