Chick-fil-A in Bloomington

“We absolutely love coming here. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly! My son was given a balloon today and it completely made his day. In the past few times we’ve been in, I noticed regulars who talk to the various employees working the floor. That alone speaks volumes especially for fast food. I don’t think I’ve ever seen that anywhere else other than a restaurant. Everyone is so personable and the atmosphere is perfect. This place is always so busy but moves so efficiently and every one always seems calm and has a smile on their face. My son and I enjoy making this spot our lunch treat!“

“They always forget my sauce in the drive-thru! I don't know what it is about this Chick-fil-a. I really like their food and their service is quick, but they consistently forget to put sauce in my bag! I only get the chick-fil-a sauce, and it makes a huge difference (their chicken is dry without it), but they constantly forget! Edit: they have since overcompensated and fixed this issue!“
