“Always great food! Wish they'd come out with some new sandwiches to try more often. But always great service, great people, and great food. Wish they'd scan my receipts there though. I've tried going online like it says on the bottom of my receipt but they'll only let you record one receipt a week. If I buy their product I should be able to get my receipts recorded for my rewards.“
“It was a late dinner, just before closing. The place was wrapping up so there was no line, just great service, fast food, and delicious. The employees at Chick-fil-A always seem well trained and this location was no different. All the employees we interacted with were courteous, attentive, efficient, and hard working. The place was quite clean after what I'm sure was a long day of serving customers.
Parking: I was there right before closing so personally I had no problems finding parking.“
“I recently visited the restaurant located at 2350 Shane Drive, Louisville, KY 40220, and I have to say this was one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the moment we walked in, everyone was exceptionally nice, friendly, and welcoming. The entire team carried a positive attitude that instantly made us feel comfortable.
What truly stood out, and what I’ve never experienced before in any restaurant, was the manager personally coming to our table to check in on us. He politely asked if everything was okay and whether we needed anything else. That small gesture made a huge difference — it showed genuine care for customers, not just routine service.
The food was delicious, fresh, and served on time. Every item we ordered tasted great, and the service throughout our visit was consistently impressive. It felt like the staff really took pride in the quality of their work.
I sincerely hope the management passes this message along because the team at this location truly deserves recognition. They provided outstanding hospitality and made our visit memorable.

“Bought a hash brown and spicy chicken burrito for breakfast. Ate the literal 1st half of the burrito without a single bite of spicy chicken. I very rarely eat breakfast, let alone fast food breakfast, and i don't plan on it anytime in the near future either.“

“Recommended my group to go there before s movie because I wanted to try it the pretzel bun. Ordered online and ate in. Got everything but the pretzel bun that was clearly on the receipt even. Everyone what had their food and want going to make then wait for me to just get a bun exchange or new sandwich so didn't bother anytime, but was disappointed.“
“I'm in employee of the mall and I go to Chick-fil-A a lot because the employees are really nice and willing to give a refill. They are also never acting like it's an issue to serve you and they are always really polite. I feel like this location also is pretty quick and the team seems to work together well. I would say 99% of the time my food has been fresh and I will continue to support this location.“

“There are a lot of places that sell a chicken sandwich. But in my opinion only Chic-fil-a does it right. Crispy on the outside and moist and juicy on the inside with just the right amount of spices.
Pair that with some of the best mac-n-cheese in America and a cold lemonade and what a meal.“

“This was probably the best chicken biscuit I ever had. I added cheese and bacon. The biscuit was soft and buttery, the chicken was hot an juicy, the bacon was crispy and smokey, and the cheese was creamy and melty. It was so good. I didn't think to take a pic. Perfect sandwich. The tater tots were hot and crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
I tried their chocolate chip cookies for the first time, thanks to a free coupon that I received after playing their cow game. I never knew they were oatmeal chocolate chip! I'm now addicted. So much better than the brownies.“
“My wife and I came here for dinner and a sweet lady named Norma, who works here, came to our table multiple times while we dined to make sure our beverages were topped up and to make sure we were taken care of. Her kindness was as if our own grandma was taking care of us and that we enjoyed our food. Definitely stop and say hello if you see her here!“
