Chick-fil-A in Elizabethtown

“This crew has running a drive-thru down to a fine science. Even when the cars are backed up out toward the road, the line keeps moving right along. The workers are always polite as can be, the food comes out fresh and hot, and orders are accurate. Highly recommend.“

“I eat here almost everyday since I work across the street from it. And over all almost EVERY worker is truely amazing and so sweet. However yesterday I encountered probably the rudest women since coming here.
Over all was a bad experience.

I pull up they have been open for over 2 hours.
I ordered almost $40 worth of food and handed the woman a $50.
(Now I would understand if I spent $5-10 but I spent a good chunk so they wouldnt have to give me alot of change back)

She instantly let out a huge sigh and acted like I was a total inconvenience to her. She told someone over the head set she needed change. Then made me wait roughly 8-10 mins before she sighed again and just gave me the change. She literally had my change the entire time and just didnt wanna give it to me I guess. She didnt say my pleasure or anything. Just attitude.

I finally get around the corner and I apologize to the person who hands me the order and explain I totally forgot to ask for ketchup and kept apologizing.
She assured me it was okay and she would go grab me some.
She didnt.
I waited. Even tried waving them down and the woman would just look at me and just kept bringing out other orders. I eventually gave up since I was on what was supposed to be my 15 min break. However she was over all nicer then the first woman.

But 9/10 I always have a great experience. But the heavy set woman working wednesday morning was not a pleasant person at all.“
