The Personnel were not overly friendly but they were professional and as always we were happy with the food and the service we go Fairly regularly so I'm happy to report that even though we did not get our entire order the young man that took my complaint really went the extra mile to make our order right. “People come here to complain, as I did. However, the local owner of the Jimmy John’s in Bloomington Indiana is absolutely phenomenal. There was a mistake on my order, out of hanger I emailed in my disappointment. I was contacted almost immediately by phone by Antoine, and I was less than eager to speak to him on the phone. Shortly after our brief interaction on the phone, Antoine showed up with my correct order, as well as a refund on my order. Never did I ask for a refund, or for anything to be made right. It’s management and leadership like his that makes a difference.“
