“The food at this location is below subpar. Not sure what is going on in their kitchen with food preparation and assembly but something needs to change. The right employees need to be trained to prepare the food to standards. And never have I been asked if I would consider just moving on without my change. Employees who are fearful to ask management for change are a humongous sign that something is amiss with the way management is conducting themselves and the business. First change that should be made is for this McDonald's to do what is right by the community by hiring adults full-time at a living wage, train them to cook and prepare the food to standards, and build a solid team that will be there, consistently performing well no matter what. I feel that I can be brutally honest regarding my experience because I used to work at this McDonald's when it first opened. There were standards back then and management made certain that the workers followed these standards. It's simply a shame regarding what has become of this restaurant.“

“Let me start off by stating that I am not a coffee person. Which was well understood by the lovely lady taking my order by me saying “I like the McDonalds mocha frappes”. She immediately understood and told me she could make the same thing. Except when I got it it was delicious and better than McDonald’s. The atmosphere was nice inside and laid back from what I could tell. Would recommend to anyone even if all you are like me and only really know the stuff you get from McDonalds“
