“Met a friend that I worked with before my retirement in 2001. Neither of us had been there and we were both very pleased! The atmosphere was very homey and cozy. We relaxed and caught up on each other's lives. The perfect place to catch up over a delicious cup of coffee.“
“I think I discovered (by recommendation of good friend), a delightful new coffee shop. Oh my goodness! First off, the folks that work here are super friendly and wildly patient. I had the hardest time selecting an item from the menu (they have so many delightful options). The latte I ordered was simply outstanding. It was so rich in flavor and creamy I can't even believe it was made with skim milk. It was an absolute indulgence. The atmosphere is so charming complete with plants in the windows (hello cleaner air and kitschy atmosphere), but the bright teal chairs, and the shelves upon shelves of delightful local products. I had an apple pecan salad. It was simply prepared, fresh and a nice side-salad size. Perfect for snacking. Last. Not only is this place simply amazing top to bottom, but the food is very reasonable priced. Instead of focusing on huge portions, it's simply, high quality, freshly prepared food. I can't wait to get back and priced as it is, I can see myself eating here often!“
“We are transplants from New Jersey and finding pork roll and marble rye out here is next to impossible, so this place gets 5 stars just for having that!Love the atmosphere in here, it’s very cozy feeling and nicely decorated. Service is good. Food is delicious! Pork Roll slices are thick! Marble rye is perfection. Potatoes and eggs were cooked very well- again, so good!Their speciality coffees/lattes and bakery items upstairs are on the pricey end, just as a heads up, but the meal itself was well priced and worth every penny. Always look forward to going back!“
“My son and I visited for the first time yesterday. Friends gave good reviews so I can to make a stop to Saylor park. Our coffee was excellent. I had a cinnamon roll and I definitely have to go back for that. We appreciate the hospitality. Also I totally appreciate the clean bathroom.“
“My new favorite shop for the area. I had the Opera Cream Latte, one of their specialties. Excellent choice. A touch of butter makes it rich but not overly sweet. Excellent music in the background and unique decor. Can't wait to return to try my typical... Plain black coffee!“
“Delicious Ethiopian food in Cincinnati. We got there late on a Sunday night. There were only 3 selections, that's why I gave them only 4 starts. But the service was very friendly, they were attentive and the food we got was absolutely delicious! We also got a cup of Honey wine, which was a good experience too. If this was what we got late on a Sunday night, I can't imagine what we had gotten if we had come at a better time. Not in the photo is a side of flavourful lentils we added after. I will likely be back for more.“
“This is a popular place. The hot toffee coffee was terrific, especially paired with the pumpkin crumb muffin. Nice to see a few groups of people gathering, sharing and laughing. Glad to visit. Thank you for the jitter juice. It was much needed.“
“We stopped here to grab a coffee to go. The shop is really cute! They offer pastries & hot sandwiches in addition to a variety of coffee drinks. We both got a seasonal flavored iced coffee. Both were delicious! They answered our questions and were knowledgeable about the menu. The service was quick & they even brought them out to where we were sitting! Worth a stop!“
“Biggi coffee is a great alternative when you are on the road and get a coffee and a bagel.For me the bagel was ok I ordered with turkey and cheese, they put a small amount of turkey ?.The coffee was extremely hot that almost I burn my tongue. But taste good.The ambience is clean and nice.I park on the front of the building.Other Biggi is only for take out but this one in Hebron is really nice.“
“My next-door DD i like the Atmosphere,very clean and neat, four tables of four chairs and one high table/bar with three high chairs, the Donuts tasted yummy and freshly baked/made, but not very fan of the customer service. They also have a drive-through. I will go back again!“

“I love this place! I ordered a Honey Golden latte with matcha, not realising that it also has espresso. I went back to ask about it, because it didn’t have a bright yellow or the distinctive green color. They explained it all to me, showing me the products that they use, basically being so sweet in spite of my ignorance. They insisted on making me a new one. It was incredibly lovely and green! Thank you so much!!“
“I got a Butter Bear latte on vacation and it was amazing! It had a very distinct butterscotch flavor. The 3 I have gotten from this location have not. I probably will not buy another but overall, it's good coffee and doesn't seem too acidic. If you like Dunkin more than Starbucks, you will probably like the drinks here. It is expensive - plan to spend around $6 a drink. Also, they do have a drive-thru but the 90 degree angle of the speaker to the window means you have to get creative!“
“First time ever going there, I stood at the counter for at least 10 solid minutes while an employee tried to enter my order (but they had just opened this brand new location). Just the other day I sat in the drive thru 2 cars back from the window not moving for what felt like an eternity. The other times I've visited were great though. Employees are always very nice and I love Dunkin coffee. I'm very glad this area now has a drive thru Dunkin.“
“Service her, management, and staff are friendly, hospitable, helpful and quick at their jobs. Always say hello as I walk in and goodbye when I leave. I can't say enough about this Dunkin Donuts.Parking: There went a lot of parking ?️ spaces, but people usually walk in and order and leave. So it's a rotating parking lot.Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair access and handicap parking ?️ in front.“
“Just a regular Starbucks. Very quick service at this location. I took a drive thru coffee and croissant. They got the order very accurate. The line was moving too fast as well.I deducted 1 star because the entry to the drive thru is very confusing and may cause accident if it’s dark. “I come to this Starbucks inside Krogers at 4477 Kenard Ave. Cincinnati Ohio, almost every morning between 6am-7am and, this was one of the WORST! places to get coffee from. The staff here have poor customer service they’re not friend or welcoming and, are unbelievably slow with no sense of urgency for the customers. They’re never prepared or have a full inventory of products and, the employees don’t know anything about the services that Starbucks offers. I asked for assistance from an employee when I was trying to pay for my order online using the Starbucks app and, I was having trouble but the employee couldn’t help me because she didn’t know how. The app kept charging my account $25 for a $6.80 order. This was very frustrating and time consuming without any help from the employee. I won’t be coming back again“
“Great little place for donuts and drinks. A wide variety of both. Hot and cold drinks from regular coffee to lattes and other drinks. They also have hot sandwiches until they sell out. Friendly folks behind the counter. The donuts i had were very tasty and light.“
“This place is okay. Drive thru is great, but the inside ordering is a night mare. I suggest if you have more than 5 people waiting at the end of the bar, you need to pause order taking and get them cleared. An older man and his kid were waiting for their food/drink longer than I was. They also did not call out my drink when it was ready… some people did but the person who handed out my drink did not. It would be great to put a name on inside orders so you can just call a name and m what they ordered. I know it gets busy, but this leaves everyone else less confused and your line moving.“
“I wanted to just add that I seen a review that said they wouldnt give espresso from a different machine..i order with different varieties of options. Turbo shot, liquid sugar, and so many pumps of each flavor, that review is not accurate. They even take your drink back and fix it if it isnt the way you want it. The workers there are awesome.“
“What a beautiful little piece of garden heaven. First time stopping at Cyndi's Gardens and the young lady behind the counter was the most friendly!!! She helped me find the perfect colors to keep summer going in my gardens. Not ready to let go just yet. A must stop and can't wait to see their fall display.“
