I used to love Einstein bagels, it's been really sad watching this place go downhill. It's obvious the staff doesn't even care about how it looks inside.. Dirty floors, messy workstations, Discusting coffee area.. But they also don't care that the food is not so good anymore.. After waiting and waiting in drive-through who has time to go back because they served you a burnt bagel..
Food is ok. Coffee, if you can find it, is very bitter. I used to drink 3-4 cups a day from there, now I can barely choke down one. Two of 4 coffee urns are empty after 9 AM. Cream is gone after 9 AM. Place has really gone downhill in the last couple of months.
