“Had a hot caramel macchiato with an extra shot of espresso, temp was just right to start drinking right away. It wasn’t too sweet but if you like a bold flavor I highly suggest the extra shot because I always get an extra shot and it was a little weak for me but it still tasted good I just like BOLD.“

The only thing that could change is the menu - you can't find a description or a picture, not even on social media. If you ask, they explain and help you, but it'd be more helpful if the menu was different :)“

Pastries 🥐 are REALLY good and super fresh baked! Not too sweet and with a real European taste.

Also the cappuccino is very good, hot enough and a delicious coffee.

I had for the first time the Tiramisu Latte and WOW it was a dream!!! It remembered me home holidays in Italy 🇮🇹

“I go to Starbucks frequently. The folks that work there are always friendly. They really appreciate ordering ahead of time using the app. However, the app is not always up to par. The coffee and food are delicious. Very enjoyable healthier options.“

“Stopped by the Starbucks on W Main St in Carmel, and it turned out to be a solid location overall. The store itself is surprisingly spacious, with plenty of room to sit and a nice, open layout. Restrooms were clean, which I always appreciate, especially at a busier spot like this. For how busy it was, the place was packed, but the staff clearly had a system that kept everything moving. I did have to wait a bit longer than usual for my order, but given the volume of customers, it made sense. The biggest downside was the parking lot, which felt messy and unorganized with cars constantly weaving in and out. Once you’re inside, though, the experience is much better. A good stop for coffee if you don’t mind navigating the chaotic parking.

“WOW! Enticing atmosphere, warm, cozy, vibrant, WIFI worked well but this has sadly been a small space for the busy weekends I've visited. Java House is a false name! Customers keep expecting espresso type beverages, wanting a double, cappucino, wish they'd sorted out a smarter name ensuring there's minimal chance for confusion but everything is cold brew! It's a curious craft adding massive amounts of sugar syrup to most drinks. The cinnamon and honey latte is the only signature drink I can handle, very tasty hot, surprisingly easy to drink especially in this winter weather wasteland. The prices are also oddly diabetic. Can't figure out who brings their six, seven, even eight bucks here instead of a top notch single origin properly roasted espresso as Tinker, Blue Mind, Bovaconti, and many others do well. Playing the mobile app's discounts work alright, hope Java House can migrate towards crafted ingredients and flavors that pair with their attempts to make cold brew something special and worthy of double McDonalds prices.“

The location is spotless and feels brand new, with a clean, fresh vibe that’s rare to find inside grocery stores. Everything was organized and welcoming.

We ordered a Dragon Fruit Lemonade and one of the new iced coffee specials, both were refreshing and delicious. But what truly stood out was the service.

We were helped by a man (stylish and full of positive energy!) who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He noticed the print on my husband’s T-shirt and struck up a friendly conversation, it felt like chatting with a neighbor, not just placing an order.

That kind of genuine human interaction is rare nowadays. So often, you feel like people are going through the motions, but here we felt seen, appreciated, and uplifted. The whole team created such a warm, personal vibe.
