Best Chinese in Carmel. It has always been very good.
Authentic Chinese cuisine. Excellent tender beef with onions, delicious Singapore style stir fried rice noodles. Their delicate sesame balls were the best we’ve had in US. Their Beef Chew Fen was good, the only other places you may find are probably China town in large cities. A true hidden gem in east Carmel!
Ordered fried beef noodles. Tastes good! I’m from northern part of China and noodles are authentic southern style. I recommend mild spicy.
