“I just want to say how much I love the people here. It is a really hot day, and a homeless man walked in, he was having trouble even getting in the door. Holding on to it for a while to get strength to move. He was talk8ng to a lady at the counter, and she came out from the back, and helped in to a chair, then brought him out water. As she was walking away, I approached to offer to buy him a meal. She said no, she has already got it for him. Apparently, he does come by when it is bad, and she makes sure he doesnt go hungry.

I do not know if this is the company policy, the manager policy, or just the worker doing it, but it made my day. I am more use to people being forced to leave, but she treated him with dignity, and helped where she could. I am very much goinng to nake this a more common return outing, if only to support people who treat people well, no matter what is wrong with them.“

“We drive in from gulf shores Alabama, and make it a point to stop at Dan's burgers to get a freshly made double cheeseburger, no frozen patties here, watch them throw fresh groundmeat on the grill and cook it right in front of you, oh, and get the home style fries, they are hot and out of this world, also a very short wait, and reasonably price for real food, not a processed fast food chain. Stop by, you won't be disappointed!!“

“Nice new Portillo's in Indy area. Italian beef tastes just like it does in Chicago locations. Good price for Italian beef sandwich. Sandwich was properly dipped with crunchy, bright gardeniera (a must add-on). Nice clean restaurant. Nice 50's diner decor.“

“Have been to this location a few times the past few years. The last time was a few months ago. It was a good experience not great. Today was out of the park exceptionally good. Product quality and staff were great. The entire group was cheerful and focused on their duties. Helpful and friendly to guests and to other team members. Their spirit showed in the final product. I have a feeling there has been a management change. Great Job“
