“We had a party of 10 for a birthday celebration for our 19 year old grandson and granddaughter. First of all, it was raining and we were pleasantly surprised they had complimentary valet service. The restaurant decor was beautiful and it added to the celebration. The choices of sides to go with the steak we ordered were very good and serving a complimentary salad with the steak was appreciated. Our server Matthew and the assistant Michele were exceptional and made the celebration very special. We will go here again.“

“We came in from out of town with family and I have to admit, this place was amazing! Miki did a wonderful job serving us and the food quality was perfect. We brought our 6 yo daughter and they did a wonderful job by keeping her happy throughout to prevent any unhappy child moments. “The food was excellent. The service was horrible. We had many different wait staff come to our table and things were getting mixed up. Our bill was not correct and the waitress at the end acted as if it was the worst thing in the world to go correct it.“

“Huge wine selection, the old fashioned was a hit. Getting the horseradish gorgonzola butter topping for the steak is a must! Steaks were cooked perfectly to medium rare as we requested. The sashimi seared tuna with the dipping sauce was amazing that could have been a meal by itself. We knew the price was going to steep, but it really is a fantastic meal. It's hard to eat any other steak once you've had one of theirs.“

I had the absolute pleasure of being served by Ocean at Outback, and I can confidently say he made our dining experience unforgettable. From the moment we sat down, he was warm, inviting, and made us feel right at home—almost as if we were having dinner in our own kitchen!

Not only was he attentive and kind, but he also brought a great sense of humor to the table, making the meal even more enjoyable. Even during a busy afternoon, he never made us feel rushed, gave us plenty of time to decide on our orders, and checked in on us regularly without being overbearing. What stood out the most was his consistency—he treated every table with the same level of respect and care, which is a rare find in the service industry.

It’s not often you come across a server who truly deserves a generous tip, but Ocean more than earned his 20%—and then some! I’ll absolutely be back, and I highly encourage anyone dining at Outback to ask for him. You won’t be disappointed!“

“Had dinner here tonight for Valentines. The food did take a total of 3 hours to get to us, however one of the broilers had burst into flames. That being said management took care of our meal and treated us correctly. They did not have to do that and wanted to preserve the reputation of their restaurant. The food was excellent. Our waitress also did a solid job.“
