My company does our annual Holiday party at Catch and their private room is a sports bar in itself. It’s perfect.

I had a choice between the dim room or the half lit room, I chose the half lit because the setting and mood was just right for ot. However, because of the cellophane wrapping collapsing on itself, the frosting was irreparably ruined. it would be wise for the company to invest in boxes to be used to transport such an expensive cake for its customers. No matter the temperature, cellophane wrapping will make contact with icing and look sloppy.“
