Service rating because of manager fixing our sandwiches after we returned from home .We were home in driveway opened bag there was hardly any beef on both orders.We have been to pop's many times and this never happened before.Our bill was $30.00 ,She made it right but we should not have to drive back to fix what should be right the first time.Bottom line check your order before leaving.Also an old fry and one old mushroom were in my onion ring order.Not good.Things need attention...read full review
The food is the same quality, flavor, portion (and pricetag) you would expect from any Pop's, The service team however, is a bit inattentive and definitely unenthusiastic.I come here about twice a month and while they do a great job at preparing the food and preparing it quick, nobody has ever smiled at me. Good just like every other pops out there. Can’t say enough about the beef! Great double cheeseburgers too..only 4 stars because they didn’t have the same daily specials like the Homewood store we usually go to. Either that or the kid didn’t know what he was talking about.
