“Personnel were very friendly. I work for the VA and I am a retired military when the personnel there seen my ID card they all came up and thanked me for my service. Food service and atmosphere are all five star! I encourage everyone to eat here often!“
“I am torn about this review. I was going to rate it a four-star, but I don't think it deserves that. I think it deserves a five-star. I was only going to give it a four star because of the price, but if you look at other places to compare this to price wise it'll fall right in line with Jersey Mike's or five guys burgers. I really think Penn station has great subs. The cookies are great. They have one of the best hot subs that I've probably ever had. This location everyone was so friendly and treated us with such respect and took care of everything we needed.The only "complaint" on one of our trips here was the fries were a little underdone, but I would not complain about that honestly.“
“The whole staff was amazing both times I went. The first time I went I was told to try a sandwich called "the Sergio". This last time I went the worker who created the sub was there and I had him make it for me.That sub should be on the menu it is that amazing!! Next time I go I'm definitely going in when he's working and I'm definitely having it again.“
“I used to live in Jersey. And I had never, ever seen any of these sub shops inland that were able to reproduce the subs that i'd experienced there. Jersey. Mike's has got it down. I will not go to any other sub shop in town. there are the only sub shop. That has pepper mash. I highly recommend trying the classic italian mike's way with pepper mash“
“This was our first visit. My son, who doesn't usually like chicken salad, actually enjoyed his meal too. He had the bbq chicken salad on a croissant and a scoop of the classic. Both were delicious but the bbq was pleasantly unique. I ordered the Fancy Franny in a melt, also delicious. We both tried the grape salad, yum! We'll be back.“
“Great shout out to Penn station Newburgh!!!!! We go there often to get lunch for staff, I have to ask that fries be bagged separately because of a peanut allergy. This time I actually forgot, but the young lady inside remembered and came out with the bagged separately…Great customer service♥️“
“This place is clean and the food is consistently good, employees are nice.My only problem is subway is now expensive. The days of $5 footlong are gone. A footlong meal will be upwards of $20. Understand that for two people, you’d be paying nearly as much as you would dining in at red lobster.“
