“On-line seating request worked great. Until we were seated in the heated outside area. Heat was intense, table was so loose we would not be able to hold it and eat, and table was covered with some sticky substance. We would have asked to move but nobody came to the table. So we left. Sad because the food is good!“

“Wonderful Holiday dinner at Alchemy in Norton Commans last nite with superb service! 3 couples ordered a varied sampling of the menu from Picanha to Choripan to Empanadas to Cod, all exceptional. 100% satisfaction for everyone at the table. A huge shout-out to Nelson & Nahyla Michelangeli, they are doing some great and innovative dishes! Their culture begins with family and you immediately feel a part of something special. Learned the Alchemy empanadas are now available @ Kroger and will be purchased soon. Simply, a beautiful dinner, exquisite in every way! Hank Allen“

“Best barbeque I've ever had, whether at Moonlight Barbeque in Owensboro or other restaurants I've enjoyed throughout the south. Worth the drive and love the unique comfort and atmosphere. We recently were a hit with our friends when we brought Bullys home for entertaining. It even made Colonel Sanders call it "Finger Lickin' Good"“

“It was okay. I had the ocean blue margarita, very thankful for the amount of patron that was put in it.But the flavor of the margarita itself was terrible. The burgers were good, but we got the pretzel bites as appetizers in the center of them were really cold. It was a hit and miss experience but overall, it wasn't bad but I wouldn't be rushing to go back.“

“Been here a few times before. Always been excellent. Decided to take a ride three city’s away just to grab a burger from here. Walked in sat at the bar. May have been one or two other people at the bar. Sat for 6 minutes before getting up and leaving. Had someone acknowledged I was there I’d waited 30 more minutes no problem. Oh well big DQ franchise got my money now instead of locally.“

“Food is always great and professional! Delicious comfort food! At a decent but not great price! I stop by there 10-30 times a year. And if there is no peanut allergy, then yummy fries! And the Cajun seasoned fries are fire!
(Atmosphere note from one with service industry experience... when there are 3-4 ppl waiting on orders and 3-5 ppl in line and another few trying to tell you they have online pickups... that's how the place looked when I got to the clarksville indiana location to let them know i was picking up my online order... maybe don't have a couple of employees, both male, walk out from the back of the kitchen areas or prep areas with a scowl on both their faces! [There were only like 2-3 employees working on the floor when I got there and for about 5-7 min after before the other two came from the back with attitudes and potentially dirty hands?] And they were the wrong side of terse when I asked one of them to wash their hands before they started bagging up food after coming from the back???)
I don't want to be fussy and Karen like and get annoying government involved over people's attitudes and behaviors. I just want you to coach your ppl to better and more quality service when necessary! Foods always great! This is the first not near perfect review I've given you guys... all 5 of ya!
Might be a sign of the times and the world and how little ppl care about being better than we were the day before and American excellence? Dunno. But I just like to help where I can and "leave things better than I found them!"

“I took the grandkids to this location for lunch. My 9 year old grandson wanted a whopper with fries, and he couldn't finish it. Lol. My granddaughter had a small burger and fries. I had the junion whopper. The wait was not long at all. We had a good time.“

“worst place to work, store managers transfer o.t hours to next pay period or remove them all together to avoid paying the employee o.t. they write people up when off the clock and lie on the write up when threatened to be reported to the labor board. they also hit sex offenders in management positions and change employees schedules without notice and write them up if they do not show up. They also write people up for being late even when the person calls and tells them they will be late.“

“The cashier has always been friendly and the food has always been good, they were very accommodating to my disability when ordering inside like filling up my drink when asked and offering to open up sauce packets, shout-out Levi for that service!

Wheelchair accessibility: They have 2 handicap spots out front, the ramp is maintained and there's room to drive the chair in the restaurant“

“This burger kings night shift isn’t your regular fast food night shift. I came through around 10:30ish and let me tell you. I had the best service a person could ever ask for. I ordered 2 whopper meals with cheese and while receiving the order I was greeted with the most personable employees ever. Very fast and efficient. Whoppers were fantastic. 10/10 experience!!!! Keep up the good work ??“

“We drove to our neighborhood White Castle, to find orange cones in front of the drive-thru. Thinking it was closed we drove to a neighboring town and ordered. When we rounded the corner of the building to approach their drive-thru, we were surprised to see oramge cones in front of their window too. As we approached we could tell that the window was now mounted in a large sliding door that was slightly open. The door slid open and the young lady stepped out to deliver our drinks. We asked why she had to leave the security of the restaurant and approach stranger's vehicles instead of using the window.
We strongly suggest White Castle prioritize the safety of their employees over using their new gadget.“

“Edit: The manager Diane made it right! She replaced our entire purchase *with* extras at zero cost to us. She was so disappointed at what happened and clearly takes criticism seriously! This is a woman who is passionate about what she does and cares deeply for the customer's experience. Thank you so much, you are incredible!
Not quite sure how it's possible to mess up this badly. Yes, it was late at night, but there were only 3 cars in the drive thru. It took us 26 minutes from start to finish. We ordered 2 biggie bags and baconator fries. Not only did it take 26 minutes to get our food, but both of the fries from our biggie bags were missing. Severely disappointing, don't go here if you value your time and money.“

“I was visiting this specific location very frequently 2½ years ago and due to the quality of the food and the way the employees treated the customers I stated I wouldn't be RETURNING. Needless to say I returned this being my 2nd time 1 from door dash and myself this time. It was the same stood at the bar employees standing around talking about buying alcohol doing this and there was a manager sitting right along with them he was the one taking about getting the booze.... He didn't offer to help 😔 😕 me EITHER THIS young lady appeared and was able to get my food items.... She deserves a raise plus 20. I'm fed up with the location 😒 and I will advise friends and family steer clear of the Clarksville Indiana location!!!!!!!!!“

“There's a nice manger there that has pink hair and she goes out of her way to make you want to come back! I had an issue with my app and I didn't understand the price and other people there didn't have any answers but she came to me and explained everything to me even though they were busy while the others were just trying to get me out of the drive thru!! “I dont normally rate review McDonald's because they are pretty much the same everywhere, which is one of the reasons we keep going there, we know what we're getting unless problem employees wreck the place. This one is the opposite. This was one of the best experiences I have had. The food was hot, fresh, and promptly served. The breakfast sandwiches were some on the best i have had from a McDonald's. They had NOT been sutting forever in a warmer. Also, the counter lady in the purple shirt was excellent. While I was there, I overheard her interactions with customers, and she repeatedly suggested app useage and meal combinations to help the customers' experiences as well as save money. McDonalds, you need more of her. You need to give her a raise. You need to give her a promotion. I used to be a close manager at a McDonalds, and I would have loved to have someone like that.“

Parking: Parking all the way around and offers the blue lighting which is better for security purposes if ever there is an issue but that I've ever had one.
Kid-friendliness: All the kids get a treat whether during visit or for a later date. Plus my kids love the high sets available. Makes them feel like giants!“

“I’ve been to this location many times in the past and I’ve never had a great experience. In the last month or so I’ve stopped by a few times and it has dramatically changed so much of the better. The new store manager Scott is so kind and has really made so many great improvements since he has come to this store. He took time out to have a nice conversation with me and ask me how my day was. The way he speaks to his employees is how every manager should strive to be. The food was hot and DELICIOUS. keep up the amazing work guys!!“
