“My new favorite! Date night at Cheers for the comedy show was perfect. We got there early and had dinner. The service was excellent from start to finish. Every seat was filled and yet the speedy service never slowed down. The staff all wore a smile and were very attentive and seem to really be enjoying themselves. The vibe was casual and very laidback. The food came out quick and hot and absolutely delicious. The pretzel is a must have! Our drinks were too good to have just one, the beer was the coldest I’ve ever had. Squeaky clean, even the bathrooms were spotless. I can’t wait to go back, my husband said this is our new go to! Great new spot!“
“I’ve been barbecue comparison dining for about a year. This is the best I’ve found in NWI out of six places so far. And I’ve been back to this one a couple more times. The cornbread and coleslaw were excellent too. Really good.There’s only a few tables. So you’re not going there for the ambience, just for the food.“
“My wife and I went there for my birthday and it was not a good experience. We placed our order for ribs and were waiting then noticed the couple that came in 20 minutes after us received their ribs then 2 other people came in about 40 minutes after us and ordered carryout ribs at the bar. Their order came out. We got skipped somehow and asked them to box our order up which took another 10 minutes. We ended up eating at home after “going out” to eat. We spent 86.00 and didn’t appreciate being skipped over. We have always loved the food here but probably won’t be back for a while after this experience.3-30-24Gave them another shot today. Everything was on point! Ribs were awesome!! And our server Aspen was great!! Renewed my faith in this place!! Ribs are some of the best we’ve ever had!! Looking forward to returning soon!!“

She was incredibly kind, and I learned that she makes everything from scratch, including the seasonings and sauces. I am so impressed with her and her restaurant. Plus, my family loves their food. “First time I had ever been to the bbq shack that was recommended by a friend. Loved my pulled pork and brisket! I’ll be back very soon. Fries were fresh, bbq sauce I learned was made fresh in the restaurant, and meat is fresh and smoked every night. Plus for me!! Tender smoked meat, clean and presentable food portions. “I hadn't been here in a long time. Went on a Sunday night and had an excellent meal. I had the ribs and the wife the pork chops. Friends we were with had lamb chops with a parmesan crust. Everything was great. The waitress was amazing as well. I wish I could remember her name.“
“A great little BBQ place. We had the pork/brisket dinner. It came with 2 sides and a roll. The coleslaw was good, but the potatos with parsley and chives were phenomenal. As was the brisket. Also, there were different bbq saucesto try for the pork...it was a great meal. And atmosphere was awesome. Staff was friendly and helpful.“
