Restaurantji's Chesterton guide: Where to find the ultimate Mexican flavors.
“This is a nice cozy place tucked off from the main street. It's located in a plaza with ample parking. Perfectly priced and nice portions! Our bill was $54 bucks, and we purchased the Jalisco chicken tacos, huge beer on tap, California Steak Burrito, and queso dip. Great energy in the restaurant and the food came out quickly. The restaurant booths are very roomy and intimate. My only complaint was the queso dip was a bit watery and the steak was very chewy. But that won't stop me from coming back. Great place!!“
“Loved it !!!Delicious chips and salsa as soon as we sat !!!Margaritas were great!!Burritos were delicious! Fresh delicious avocado !Perfect atmosphere- service and food!Bonus 5 minute walk from the Hilton Garden where we were staying... walked home after the margaritas made us tipsy !!“
“For a quick, inexpensive, fast food breakfast, you can't beat this! Started out waiting in line across street & then remembered hearing Taco Bell has breakfast now! Got out of long wait line, ran across strret, grabbed nyself & another breakfast for $5.01. My order taker. London & Christian, my server, were awesome. Went back today for me only spending $2.77! You can't beat that! Again, order taker & server were great! Thank you Taco Bell! We appreciate ypu serving our community.“
“Service is very poor. They will not communicate when they are out of an item, let you leave the restaurant thinking your order is good. The manager at the restaurant was extremely rude and seemed to careless that we had to make an extra trip to get the missing veggies for a VEGGIE bowl. We will not be returning to this chipotle.“
“Edit: The hours have improved and the staff, while new faces, are fantastic. They have really changed and come back around to being a good place to stop.Used to be a great place to stop. Now they close at 4pm on the dot, if not a few minutes early. They shut the equipment down early and seem to be out of a lot of food items. Some of the staff are also bordering on rude and unhelpful.“
“I don’t do this often but,This by far was the best Mexican food I have had in at least a decade! We had a phenomenal server (Laura), and the owner was so sweet and came to meet us after we were raving about the food.I love nothing more than supporting small businesses who deserve it!❤️Seriously. Don’t wait. Go for lunch or dinner! Our suggestions: the cheesesteak tacos were PHENOMENAL, and the enchiladas were super good as well! Can’t say enough good things!“
“They never disappoint! Our dinner tonight was delicious and we have enough leftovers for another meal. My husband and I tried new to dinners and were very thrilled. My husband had the Sope Dinner and I chose the Steak Ala Mexicana. Delicious!!!!“
“The food and atmosphere are great. I've never had a problem with the service so I don't have much to say about that. They will make any taco into a salad, and that is game changer! It is a fantastic meal and really feels so fresh! Its a fun twist on tacos, I like the style they have created! Would go for the experience. Both the Valparaiso and Crown Point locations are fantastic.“
“Brystol was amazing! We came in with a large order and not only was she helpful and kind; she also helped me choose an option for myself. I really appreciated her patience and help, because I struggle with making choices with new menus.Highly recommend Brickstreet, and am very glad she was there to ensure our food was preps well. Shout out to the dude in the kitchen, he was hustling! :)“
“This place is rediculous! Amazing Food. Best Mexican restaurant in the Region Hands Down. The Alombre is amazeballs. The Burrito El Cantirito is so Good. The spice on the steak and chicken does the trick and the queso is the best. Oh yeah I almost forgot about the awesome Margaritas. Enjoy!“
