“We are on vacation at Indiana Dunes and stopped in at Dog Days today after lunch for a treat. Great place, and AMAZING staff! Our kids, ages 5 and 2, changed their minds on what they wanted a couple of times and the two young ladies working were so patient with us as they took our orders. Very clean and a great atmosphere - My kids loved watching the little train overhead. And of course, the ice cream was delicious! Also, they have a family restroom with a changing table, which may not be high on most people’s list but that can be so hard to find in these little specialty shops and as a family with two littles, having those facilities easily available is just a very nice bonus. Highly recommend :)“

“Delicious for the vegans AND the non vegans!! Our group had Impossible Burgers, regular burgers, a hot dog and a Cuban. We had tots and fries and desserts. Everything was delicious.“

“Had an amazing experience before a dunes visit. Bison was awesome, wheat toast above average. And purchased some interesting artisan breads, hot sauces, and sodas while leaving. Next times we want to open the dunes at 7am, this is the pregame every time.“

“Wonderful tasty food and great service! Found this while charging car for a healthy alternative to fast food around. Worth walking across the street!! Highly recommend and will stop again next time I’m in town. Great food is pricier but worth it!“
