“Thank you so much Laura for your kindness, and generosity towards me today and the Lake staff of Red Cross. Your interaction today made me smile.“

“It looks janky on the outside but I promise you this place is SO good! The portions could be bigger but I mean you can definitely taste the quality in their food and everything taste homemade! Please try their garlicky garlic sauce and Mediterranean sauce, you’re gonna want to buy some to take home! And if they’re not sold out try all their baked goods SO DELICIOUS 🤤“

“The staff and food here are constantly excellent. I've eaten from their normal menu a couple times but their weekly specials usually on social media almost always pull me in. The food always tastes really fresh and hot. The staff is prompt about getting us refills on drinks - also the beer menu is really big. I think they could improve by doing a seasonal swap out of their cocktails. And unless you are fine waiting an hour for a table a reservation is important. But this is only because their food is the best. This is currently the best restaurant in Valpo, or so I think. Cheers!“

“Always a great experience dining in or carrying out. Love how fresh and delicious the ingredients are. From starters, to salad, wraps, calzones, or pizza. We’re always happy with whatever we get and it’s such a fun place to bring our kids too. Love the beer options as well. Thanks for making us happy customers.“

“Delicious and healthy food in a friendly environment, a must! My favorite is the Matcha Mantra smoothie.“

“You are missing out if you have not yet tried Pizzeria Uno. my husband I just had another wonderful date night there. The food was amazing and is reasonably priced. It is a nice and relaxing environment and our server, Kelli, was so kind and helpful. If you haven't yet given them a try please do so.“

“Food staff and owner amazing Best wings in VALPO in my opinion Pizza and appetizers are fantastic“

“Designer Desserts has excellent cupcakes and even better customer service! I had an order of cupcakes fall through with another bakery and was scrambling to find 2 dozen cupcakes for my daughters' 18th birthday party. Even though it was a last minute request, and the weekend of the popcorn festival, they found a way to help me! They were so kind and caring and the cupcakes were gorgeous and delicious. Thank you so much!“

“Their food is amazing! Definitely recommend!“

“We went in with a bigger group. Only had a 10 minute wait. The server was training another server. Everything came out hot an fresh. Drinks were refilled as soon as we emptied them. Only complaint was had to keep asking for more of the rolls an butter. Definitely will be back.“

“Our Mother's Day brunch reservations were accommodated, although service was somewhat delayed due to high volume. The food quality was exceptional, with the exception of the biscuits and gravy, which were not the best we have experienced. However, all other dishes were phenomenal. The owner's thoughtful gesture of providing complimentary chocolate-dipped strawberries and cookies for my daughter was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this establishment for brunch.“

“I was coming from VU and had to hurry and get some lunch before having to go to work at 5. I rushed over to Noodles to get my usual, just the regular sized Mac and cheese, but I could tell the employee (I believe she’s a manager) was overwhelmed maybe from lots of online orders. I told her my order and she said she’d begin making it and then ring me out later. There was one already in the process of being made so she gave me that one and also there was one that a guest was not going to receive anymore so she allowed me to have that one for free. She then gave me both of them and handed me the bag and told me to not worry about it, she gave me both for free. This has never happened to me before anywhere. I’ve been stressed out recently and just not in the greatest mood due to being overwhelmed with classes and work so this really meant a lot!“
