“I was hesitant to eat at the hotel restaurant because I haven't always had the best experience at other hotels, but they knocked it out of the park. Pretzel sticks with the queso was yummy and the burgers were awesome. I had the farm fresh burger with a single patty, and seriously, the Boursin cheese with the portobello mushrooms and peppers was a delicious combo. Highly recommend!“

“I stumbled on this place on my search for a quick lunch. This is NOT a quick lunch place! I ordered their 'special'- a pulled pork BBQ sandwich with onion straws and coleslaw. It was a great flavour combination that was well cooked. The portion size was "just right" for a lunch bite (you don't want a meal too heavy before returning to work, right?). The server recommended the fries which were AWESOME!!! If you are need a non-alcoholic beverage to accompany your meal, try their ginger beer... I regret not ordering one to go.

I intend to eat at this restaurant again and try one of their signature burgers. I will update my review then.“

“We eat at Steak n Shake about once a week. In my opinion they have the best burgers in the world. Their burgers can't be beat. They've changed things over the years. Now when U go inside instead of ordering @ your table you order @ a kiosk and they bring your food out to you.

“Used to stop by late nights when riding to meet up with past colleagues and now due to the bartenders always being super cool, I have become kind of a regular I guess. Biker friendly, no colors, but wear my support gear (red and white for life) with zero issues... everyone is always cool and the pizza is just fire!!!!!! “I recently placed an order online at Burger King, and when I arrived to pick it up, I was informed that the shake machines had been shut down for the night at 10pm. Initially, I was disappointed since I had ordered two shakes, but the employee who handed me my order went above and beyond to ensure that I didn’t leave dissatisfied. She immediately offered to write down my name so I could come back at another time to receive the shakes I had paid for. I paused for a moment and asked if, instead, I could get a different item to replace the shakes. Without hesitation, she kindly requested approval from her manager and promptly returned with a solution.

What stood out to me the most was her genuine commitment to making sure I left happy. She didn’t just brush off my request or make me feel like an inconvenience. She actively sought to resolve the issue, and she did so with a great attitude and a smile. Once everything was sorted, she double-checked with me to ensure I was fully satisfied with the replacement items, which were of equal value to the shakes I had originally ordered.

I truly appreciate her professionalism and the care she took to make sure I wasn't upset or disappointed by the situation. Her customer service was top-notch, and she turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a positive one. “Shakes are a $1.99 on Sunday. They also have other food offers. This Hardees still have the food specials. My son and I went on Christmas Day, the Hardees in Plainfield IN. I went inside, was not greeted or told someone would be right with me. Probably stood there 10 minutes before I was helped, the drive thru was busy, I was the only customer at the register. I was going to get the chicken strips platter, had a coupon, the guy told me they were out of chicken strips, and handed the coupon back. I went back to my car to see what my son wanted, went back inside, probably stood there at least 15 minutes, ignored. I walked out, my son and I went back to the Hardees that is in Indianapolis, by interstate 465. Got us both the chicken strip platter, which is really good. I gave them 5 starts this morning, and will give them 5 stars this evening. Employees were friendly. To the Hardees in Plainfield, you have lost my business.“
